  1. +1 on this. We’ve had some hammerings at home the last 18 months but I’ve never left a meeting so angry after hearing that interview. The dismissive attitude to those trying to do their up most to keep the club going or at the very least make it difficult for AEPG was disgraceful.
  2. Course it would be financial suicide, but this is the British Speedway governing body we’re talking about, they seem totally oblivious to most things that are going on. I can imagine the conversations come March in that building “oh look, we’ve only got 5 teams registered for the premiership this year, why is that?”
  3. Probably an element of this too, his team have been crap for years but a majority of this Peterborough side and one or two Lynn riders you have a half decent side. They might even scrape into the play offs since there is currently only 5 sides in the league next year.
  4. Where did I mention MT? I think he’s a big a clown as the other bloke trust me.
  5. Could someone not call Busters bluff at this point? Since the club is supposedly finished why would he not accept a small amount since there pretty much isn’t anything to buy? An individual or group with some passion and integrity could keep fighting to have these conversations with AEPG and the council…rather than Buster.
  6. Very fed up with it all, I couldn’t even tell you what the score was tonight.
  7. Starting to think Busters been paid off, shocking attitude towards the effort trying to save the sport in the town.
  8. I’m not sure what people aren't quite understanding about this situation. If you have two jobs (doing the same trade) with two different companies and one of those employers is paying considerably more than the other you are going to do what that one is paying the most says. One of his employers had 15,000 in last night and his other will probably have 1,500 tonight. Artem didn’t ride like a man not committed last Monday and nor the previous Monday when he got clean bowled yet got up and won the re run and then pulled out the meeting. I agree some clarity on the situation would be nice but unfortunately that’s just business sometimes.
  9. I can see where Wrocław are coming from with Lublin being back to full strength and then losing Janowski yesterday to a broken ankle but I’d just rather everyone involved was straight up and say rather than feeding us BS.
  10. https://www.peterboroughtoday.co.uk/sport/other-sport/peterborough-panthers-seek-revenge-for-a-recent-home-drubbing-at-the-hands-of-wolves-but-they-will-do-it-without-a-russian-ace-4287311 No Laguta tonight. *pretends to be shocked*
  11. Charles has a fractured collarbone.
  12. I don’t speak Polish but I hope Emil is telling his teammates to pull their fingers out.
  13. Looks like his body took the brunt of it rather than his neck, hopefully he will ok.
  14. You seriously can’t think Buster was the one that found Wojdylo and Tarasenko? The easy option/jobs for the boys Worrall and Andersen would have been Busters choice. Similar to the team building at Lynn this season, hence why both of his teams are rooted to the bottom of the table.
  15. I imagine a lot of work goes into signing a rider from the continent but Panthers managed to find Tarasenko and Wojdylo who both transformed our season whilst Leicester went for Craig Cook who is hit and miss and Troy Batchelor who is most definitely miss and surely the management knew that as well. Lazy recruitment?
  16. I think what was more impressive was getting up after being cleared out on Monday night and then winning the re run with a top move. Could quite easily of just called it a night after that.
  17. Certainly would of been unbeaten at home but I’d of liked to have seen this team in a couple of away fixtures. The margin we’d be winning by at home would probably also mean a lot of aggregate points too.
