It’s irrelevant now we’re done at the showground but it looked like the track was suffering from the multiple meetings it’s had on it recently and the heat as well, rock hard with not much dirt left on it, the racing reflected that as well.

You, Mick and others are doing a great job, all we can do is make life as hard as possible for AEPG now and see what happens. That interview Monday night was disgraceful and completely out of touch with the current mood of those supporting the club but I didn’t expect anything less. Good luck to the Stars in the future (you will need it) but I certainly won’t be spending another penny in an establishment linked to Keith Chapman following the conclusion of tonight’s meeting.

He said the BSA had told him the Lynn meeting had to be run so it’s sounds like he didn’t want to do that one either.

+1 on this. We’ve had some hammerings at home the last 18 months but I’ve never left a meeting so angry after hearing that interview. The dismissive attitude to those trying to do their up most to keep the club going or at the very least make it difficult for AEPG was disgraceful.

Course it would be financial suicide, but this is the British Speedway governing body we’re talking about, they seem totally oblivious to most things that are going on. I can imagine the conversations come March in that building “oh look, we’ve only got 5 teams registered for the premiership this year, why is that?”

Probably an element of this too, his team have been crap for years but a majority of this Peterborough side and one or two Lynn riders you have a half decent side. They might even scrape into the play offs since there is currently only 5 sides in the league next year.

Could someone not call Busters bluff at this point? Since the club is supposedly finished why would he not accept a small amount since there pretty much isn’t anything to buy?
