Anyone going for a Birmingham & Leicester DOUBLE @ 1.64/1
-
Pleased for Brummies fans, The loyal fans deserve a competitive team. Hope you pick up a few more wins this season.

Not a good look for the BV management at all. This should be the incentive they needed to cancel these stupid lunchtime meetings altogether.

Oxford vs Belle Vue - Thurs 23rd May
TTT replied to Bojangles's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
He's much better than what he's showing. At the minute the other boys are covering for him by still winning Home meetings which is key to finishing 4th, I'd give Magic 1 more month whilst Oxford still have a grip on 4th place and if no improvement happens then get rid. Only Leicester can nick 4th place off the Spires and they're in a complete mess with various underperformers every night. -
He's been a massive disappointment since Day 1 imo, Happened last season as well with one too many off nights. Problem is Max is bulletproof when it comes to getting sacked by Leicester because riders of his stature don't want to ride over here or if they do want to ride then they're asking for a crazy money.

100% keep Becker, Struggling this season but he's got a bright future ahead of him and it's a long term project, As Arteta would say.....Trust the process, If it goes South then at least you can sign him up again next season on a bargain average. Masters on the other hand isn't worth keeping, He was protected by the Monmore Green circuit for a good few years that made him look a lot better than what he actually is. As for Kemp I don't know why he was signed in the first place, Drew has been a tried and tested No.6 in a much weaker Premiership before and he couldn't hack it so he was never going to be cut out for the job in a much stronger Premiership this season. Masters and Kemp out for Kerr and one other is the changes I would make.

Sheffield v Leicester 23rd May

Leicester should've made changes ages ago. A side that just doesn't click on any night, Always seems to be at least one passenger in the 1-5 and it costs the Lions every time. Kemp useless. -

Got to stick with Janowski unless they can get a massive hitter on a bargain average to replace him. No point bringing in Kerr for him as the second strings would be awfully weak compared to other teams. -

If the real Janowski turns up then the Spires are a dangerous side. -

Best wishes to Doyle. -
Win Treble at just over 3/1. IPSWICH (Ipswich are head and shoulders above everyone in this league imo, Very strong in every department) OXFORD (Shouldn't be losing at Home to Belle Vue with Brady Kurtz missing, Belle Vue have struggled on the road this season) LEICESTER (Must win meeting for them tonight as they're in a fight for 4th place imo, If they cant beat a drastically weakened Sheffield then they've got no hope of making the play-offs this year imo, I just don't see where the backup comes from to support C. Holder and Woffinden, The reserves aren't anything to rave about, Howarth's struggling quite badly so far this season and Schlein isn't the same rider he once was)

Oxford should walk this now. Expect a good night from the in-form Ben Cook though. -
Sheffield v Leicester 23rd May
TTT replied to InTheDeepStuff's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Must win meeting for Leicester if they want to make the play-offs. They're fighting for 4th place with Oxford imo and tonight is a golden opportunity for the Lions to pick up a win on the road against a weakened side that they wouldn't have stood a chance against had they been at full strength. Busy night in store for Noddy and Woffy. -

Same here. -
Nope. British Speedway is trying to raise it's profile again and Buster is trying to ruin it for everyone. I'll stop when he stays true to his word and that's by taking a walk for good.
-
He's only got himself to blame. His yearly strop.
-
Something's clearly up with Buster this year, He's just refusing to run meetings and if it's down to finances then he wouldn't have been able to keep either club on track imo. My conspiracy theory is that Brady took him to court and won to a point where Buster's on the brink financially. After all Brady did hold that sign up at the Darts.
-
Just as well we aren't running under Buster's ownership this year. I dread to think what would've happened considering the current state KL are in.

King’s Lynn 2024 serious team predictions
TTT replied to SuperStarsFan91's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
KL will see out the season imo however team changes will be imminent as a cost cutting measure because Buster clearly doesn't want or cant afford to run Speedway with the current side. Last year of King's Lynn though imo. -

Well done to the higher ups for finally putting an end to this nonsense. Buster ruined Peterborough and King's Lynn Speedway. -
No idea why this is labelled as the best league in the world, I get that it's got the best riders in the world but the league is far too unbalanced to the point where you're watching one too many one sided meetings every week. It's hardly entertaining seeing various uncompetitive teams go down by over 20 points every week, The meetings are basically finished after 4 Heats. It's like watching Manchester City batter a League 2 side in the FA Cup 5 or 6-0 every week.

Nick Morris has taken the 'Sharing is caring' line way too serious. Boxall, Richie, Complin who's next in LINE to take a SNIFF?

Brady has taken Buster to the cleaners in court imo.
