  1. Get extra 5% for home meetings don’t you. Klindt 6.59 + 5% - 6.92 Harris - 6.79
  2. The post match report following yesterday’s match has Ellis and Harris as guests
  3. Bomber and Ellis guest. Basso could potentially be back for this one, if not R/R. This is how I’d line up 1. Ellis (G) 2. Basso or R/R 3. Harris (G) 4. Iversen 5. Kvech 6. Wojdylo 7. Rowe
  4. They can’t. Lynn still have 3 meetings left until they complete 18/24 (75%) and that doesn’t happen until 12th August. Polish regular season is finished by then…
  5. Might be more availability with some play off places secured in Poland and Sweden
  6. Was said at the start of the season this was the most expensive Lynn team ever assembled, even more than the team with Laguna last season. Not surprising really - can’t imagine Tobi or Tarasenko came cheap.
  7. I don’t recall saying I hope that Musielak wouldn’t be able to be signed, I just said it would be interesting to see
  8. What a sad little comment. If the Premiership can’t fill 6 spots then there is no Premiership. No guarantee Birmingham will still be around in ‘25. So if anything you wishing the demise of Lynn would in turn probably lead to the demise of whatever hole of a team you support
  9. Think we can just sneak B Cook in by 0.1… Will be interesting to see if any new riders are announced on Friday following this meeting knowing that Ipswich and Sheffield will definitely have both completed 75% of fixtures and ensuring that neither can sign Musielak
  10. After Thursdays dismal showing I bloody hope not
  11. It said at the of the Ipswich report Becker and Lawson
  12. I think it may be very dependent on who Sheffield manage to get in for Woffy. For his standard J Holder had a stinker last time and C Holder can be hit or miss. Hopefully we can a win… Becker - 6(4) Lawson - 10(6) Kvech - 10(6) Iversen - 8(5) Wojdylo - 7(5) Rowe - 5(4)
  13. Becker and Lawson guest on Monday. Assume this will be the 1-7’s: Stars 1. Becker 2. Basso R/R 3. Lawson 4. Iversen 5. Kvech 6. Wojdylo 7. Rowe Tigers 1. J Holder 2. Howarth 3. C Holder 4. Pickering 5. Guest (Fricke, Tungate, Janowski, Harris) 6. Edwards 7. Gilkes This will be even tougher than the Ipswich meeting last night. Would love to see a repeat of the 50-40 cup win, but just can’t see it.
  14. I never said they’d spoken to dozens… it was mentioned by Rob Lyon that they’ve made contact with 21 - I got to 19, but couldn’t think of 2 more. how is that possibly imaginary? If you’re looking to replace an 8.21 average rider the maximum any of these riders is an 8 so it’s not unrealistic or imaginable to think that these are the calibre of riders that they would engage with…? As much as it was stated when Jan came in the MPT situation would be reassessed, imo that was just the PC thing to say, there was never any intention to bring him back in, just like there was no intention for him to be in the 1-7 at the start of the season and that is well documented.
  15. There’s 19 names below, I imagine Lynn have spoken to these plus others Robert Lambert Patryk Dudek Anders Thomsen Kai Huckenbeck Szymon Wozniak Mads Hansen Kacper Woryna Andzejs Lebedevs Rasmus Jensen Oliver Berntzon Jacob Thorssell Kenneth Bjerre Marcin Nowak Tim Sorensen Matias Nielsen Dominik Kubera Mikkel Michelsen Mateusz Cierniak Oskar Fajfer
  16. R/R is based on averages whether or not a facility is granted. Tobi’s average was highest in the team therefore everyone below (remaining 6) can take a ride. Will Kvech make it to tapes in heat 1 this time? Personally I would always put Patryk in heat 1 to get him dialled in for heat 2.
  17. Think we’ll get Tom Brennan as guest for Nicolai and hopefully Tungate guesting for Musielak - if that’s the case we should comfortably win and get the bonus point - 50-40
  18. Also in that time other factors have also contributed whether it be decline, retirement or suspension of some of the greatest the sport has ever seen, including: Greg Hancock - retired Tai Woffinden - decline Maciej Janowski - decline Jason Doyle - decline Artem Laguta - suspended Emil Sayfutdinov - suspended Don’t get me wrong, Robert should now be considered within the top 5 in the world and I would have him back in a heartbeat, but I don’t see the correlation between him leaving us and his stature on the world stage improving. Why would he bother to come back to us last year? He could’ve had the pick of any team in the playoffs on his false average, I’m sure they would’ve made changes to accommodate him.
  19. Well it’s that you just said none in the last 25 years, I was just giving a few names within that timeframe
  20. Kenneth Bjerre - 2011 GP rider and World no. 7 Niels Kristian Iversen - former world no.3 and in his prime was at King’s Lynn Chris Holder - Former World Champion (know it didn’t work out but intent was there)
  21. With the SoN next week, Rob or Dale must be in attendance trying to tap up some of the 21 riders they’ve spoken to previously - harder to say no if you’re standing in front of them. Some possible candidates from the various nations: Poland 1. Kubera 2. Dudek Germany 3. Huckenbeck Sweden 4. Thorssell 5. Berntzon 6. Nilsson 7. Lahti Denmark 8. Michelsen 9. Thomsen 10. Jensen 11. Hansen Latvia 12. Lebedevs GB 13. Lambert
  22. Only crying about Buster because he supposedly ensured your club Peterborough had no future. unfortunately many clubs have met their demise in recent years (Wolves, Coventry, Rye House, Somerset, Swindon) presumably by your logic Buster had a part to play in their closures as well? If Buster was so bad, why didn’t YOU step up and make an offer he couldn’t refuse to purchase the club and negotiate an agreement with AEPG to continue using the Showground? That’s right, much easier to sit behind a keyboard than to step up to the plate isn’t it?
  23. Will be close, but I think we should just nick it - 48-42. Heat 1: 3-3 (3-3) Lindgren, (R/R) Wojdylo, Basso, Worrall Heat 2: 4-2 (7-5) Wojdylo, Pawlicki, Rowe, Flint Heat 3: 3-3 (10-8) Sedgmen, Cook, Iversen, Lampart Heat 4: 3-3 (13-11) Brennan, Kvech, Rowe, Flint Heat 5: 2-4 (15-15) Lindgren, Cook, Worrall, Iversen Heat 6: 4-2 (19-17) (R/R) Kvech, Brennan, Basso, Pawlicki Heat 7: 5-1 (24-18) Kvech, Wojdylo, Lampart, Sedgmen Heat 8: 3-3 (27-21) Worrall, Rowe, Basso, Flint Heat 9: 2-4 (29-25) Brennan, Cook, Pawlicki, Iversen Heat 10: 5-1 (34-26) Basso, (R/R) Cook, Sedgmen, Lampart Heat 11: 2-4 (36-30) Lindgren, Kvech, Worrall, Wojdylo Heat 12: 3-3 (39-33) Cook, Sedgmen, Pawlicki, Rowe Heat 13: 2-4 (41-37) Lindgren, Kvech, Brennan, (R/R) Basso Heat 14: 5-1 (46-38) Wojdylo, Iversen, Lampart, Flint Heat 15: 2-4 (48-42) Lindgren, Kvech, Brennan, Cook King’s Lynn 1. R/R 2. Basso - 6(4) 3. Cook - 11(6) 4. Iversen - 3(4) 5. Kvech - 14(6) 6. Wojdylo - 10(5) 7. Rowe - 4(4) Birmingham 1. Lindgren - 15(5) 2. Worrall - 5(4) 3. Sedgmen - 6(4) 4. Lampart - 2(4) 5. Brennan - 10(5) 6. Pawlicki - 4(4) 7. Flint - 0(4)
