  1. No doubt he’d be moaning because Lynn would’ve used the same one he wanted at that time, but we got “special treatment”.
  2. I agree, this is why Ipswich fans shouldn’t throw stones as too many of them live in glass houses. And this is why Hawkins shouldn’t be concerning himself with what is happening at Lynn now.
  3. We weren’t, but life moves on. We were supposed to have Jenkins at RS this year (even though I think it’s wrong anyway that he was allowed back into the scheme after opting out in 2024), but Ipswich kicked up such a stink that they couldn’t retain him once he opted back into the scheme that he stayed there. So much for the draft system…
  4. Would love to see us do a job on them again on Monday. Hawkins’ face would paint a 1000 words.
  5. Easy to moan about other teams manipulating/cheating but just look at your RS situation at the start of the season. Think you’ll find Jenkins opted out of the scheme in 2024, but somehow managed to get shoehorned back into it for Ipswich’s benefit in 25…
  6. Why does Hawkins feel the need to have to drag us into everyone one of his pre-meeting comments? Crack on and worry about yourself lads, no need to concern yourself with what’s going on with us…
  7. It will all come out in the wash that Sheffield were the ones pushing for this meeting to be postponed with neither Holder bros in attendance…
  8. Why should he ride for Brum? They could’ve kept him in their declared 1-7 and got guests to fill the void between then and now. But what they decided to do was replace him with Hagon. Loyalty is a 2-way street and Brum didn’t show any to him whilst he was injured, so why should Edwards show it now? As others have said he’s self-employed and I’m sure Ipswich are paying more per point than what Birmingham are/would, so financially it makes more sense for Jason…
  9. He can opt out of the RS scheme if he wishes, but if Brum drop him he would then not be eligible to be a RS again
  10. Don’t usually see eye-to-eye with Ipswich supporters, but thank you for siding with Buster on this one. However, the same issues do seem to be reoccurring year-after-year, so there must be a common denominator somewhere.
  11. Has he been binned off by Smerdena or just not getting picked in there 1-7’s? It’s interesting that he’s not racing for them, but if Lynn got rid of him if that would change… Also, he now fits in the averages for BV as a replacement for Blodorn. Again, if Lynn did part ways with him, I wonder how quickly BV would redeclare with him in their lineup and how committed to them he’d be…
  12. Oxford to sneak a win with Howarth and Lawson as guests. 46-44
  13. Huckenbeck will be interested now that he will have a bidding war vying for his signature (Oxford and Lynn). Can see Oxford replacing German with German
  14. Let’s get the old band together for one last farewell tour - MPT and Simon Lambert…
  15. Looked decent in the LCQ there. If it was anyone else other than Bartek he would be in the final now…
  16. Are we all expecting Kvech and Cook to return to the lineup for Monday? J Holder is riding in the GP this evening so assume he takes his place in the Sheffield 1-7. With Kvech and Cook in the team Lynn should win as can’t see Kerr scoring 16+1 and Sedgmen 7 again.
  17. MPT is a good shout, however if he’s available and wants to do it, I would get Palovaara
  18. It was a lovely gesture and I was certainly grateful, but it must be a Leicester thing as round this way we don’t need any carers…
  19. Really surprised Dickson let him go tbf based on last nights performance. I know it’s the riders choice, but Leicester could’ve made an offer that Lynn couldn’t match. Would much rather have Lawson over Masters around Beaumont…
  20. Fair play to the Stars select side last night. Although a 16-point defeat is still a decent margin, I think the score flattered Leicester a tad considering my expectation was they’d hit 60 easily. Having attended the meeting, one thing that stood out to me was what lovely fans Leicester have.
  21. The trio of Cook, Kvech and Klindt are named in Lynn’s 1-7 tomorrow, Leicester remain unchanged. Leicester 1. Fricke; 2. R/R; 3. Douglas; 4. Howarth; 5. Masters; 6. Kemp; 7. Thompson King’s Lynn 1. Iversen; 2. Lawson; 3. Harris; 4. Cook; 5. Kvech; 6. Klindt; 7. Harrison Let’s see if they all turn up. Should be a Leicester win regardless. 50.40
  22. Where have you seen this? Rzeszow have declared their 1-7 and Klindt isn’t in it
  23. Unfortunately , his injury occurred here, although it wasn’t a league meeting, it was during the 2nd Manchester GP Certainly something in the air, maybe that old ‘Covinjury-25’
