  1. He had 4 on the spin Monday night, so can see the same again happening. If he’s going well, he’s the only hope to stop Leicester’s power in the later heats
  2. I don’t really understand the logic here. If Klindt for arguments sake is on an 18-point max from 6 rides before heat 15, why wouldn’t you nominate him for it? I can see Klindt riding in the following heats: 2 (as programmed) 6 (as programmed) 9 (as programmed) 12 (as programmed) 13 (as reserve switch for Iversen) 14 (as reserve switch for Harrison) 15 (as Rob’s nomination)
  3. He’ll still get seven rides: - 1 as reserve switch for Harrison - 1 as reserve switch for whichever of the top 5 is struggling (Niels probably) - 1 as a nomination for heat 15 (if it makes it that far)
  4. Big queue out to the road this evening (probably 200m). Delayed parade again. And, unfortunately, no online advance tickets.
  5. Big queue out to the road this evening (probably 200m). Delayed parade again. And, unfortunately, no online advance tickets.
  6. *Potentially 2 less rides if Leicester find themselves 6 points or more down at any point tomorrow
  7. Should be a good final. Shame Lynn couldn’t have got a proper replacement in for Cook, but as it has been mentioned Kerr can beat anyone around Saddlebow Road. The Stars will definitely need a 16+ advantage to take to Beaumont Park, as I can’t see Dickson being as naive as Ipswich were and gifting Lynn a track that suited them. Klindt potentially taking 14 rides across the 2 legs could be massive, especially with Fricke now limited to only 10 (no R/R and no tac-sub in the cup).
  8. Technically every season is an anniversary season🤪
  9. It is wasted in heat no. 8 with Fricke against a second string at 2 rising stars, but maybe Dickson sees it as a guaranteed 3-3 and Thompson might get the better of his counterpart and they sneak a 4-2 out of it
  10. It might’ve been agreed prior to Monday’s meeting and there was some red tape which prevented them announcing it until yesterday…?
  11. It appears the Stars are about to launch some form of collaboration with Team Quadrant (lifestyle and gaming brand founded by F1 superstar Lando Norris). Exciting times ahead for Lynn…
  12. 1. Leicester vs Sheffield will be called off… 2. Birmingham vs Oxford will be called off… 3. This meeting was not due to be televised, thus not affecting the “TV Schedule”
  13. If it’s on, then it will be a Stars win. 48-42, with the Stars winning the Super Heat for aggregate.
  14. Maybe not enough? He may potentially need the Championship as a confidence builder for him…
  15. If Rob came in how on his 7.81 average he finished 2023 (2019) with, he would fit perfectly for Cook using the full 40.0 limit…
  16. Maybe less than 500 for the Young Stars but definitely not for main team. Around 800-1000 consistently
  17. I heard the other night on the terraces at Lynn that Emil and Jason are both on a £4k guarantee
  18. He tried to buy Swaffham Raceway for definite. Not sure about Northampton
  19. Can see Godfrey being the saviour and move Scunthorpe up
  20. It’d be fantastic if we went through, but I just can’t see how we can get to the magic 43 points barring some absolute miracle.
  21. You should win fairly comfortably. 38-52
  22. Definitely wasn’t as big compared to the last 2 times Ipswich visited. I’d say no more than 1500
  23. I hope I’m wrong and Lynn put in a competitive performance. However, I can just see Ipswich coming for blood following last night
  24. IPSWICH: 1. Jason Doyle 9.07 2. Danny King © 6.65 3. Adam Ellis 5.57 4. Tom Brennan 7.09 5. Emil Sayfutdinov 8.87 6. Dan Thompson 5.09 7. Jason Edwards (G) (RS). Team Manager: Ritchie Hawkins KING’S LYNN: 1. R/R for Niels-Kristian Iversen 6.74 2. Richard Lawson 6.25 3. Chris Harris 6.69 4. Lewis Kerr (G) 6.04 5. Jan Kvěch 6.49 6. Nicolai Klindt © 6.02 7. Luke Harrison (G) (RS). Team Manager: Rob Lyon Predictions for this one? I’m sure Ipswich will be fired up for this one following Monday’s embarrassment. I can only see a very, very comfortable home win with Kvech, Klindt and Lawson putting up some resistance for the Stars. 56-34. Ipswich 1. Doyle - 10 (4) 2. King - 11 (5) 3. Ellis - 7 (4) 4. Brennan - 8 (5) 5. Sayfutdinov - 10 (4) 6. Thompson - 7 (4) 7. Edwards - 3 (4) Total - 56 King’s Lynn 1. R/R 2. Lawson - 8 (6) 3. Harris - 5 (5) 4. Kerr - 2 (3) 5. Kvech - 9 (6) 6. Klindt - 9 (7) 7. Harrison - 1 (3) Total - 34
