  1. Nope. If 100,000 people say it online, he has retire. He has no choice.
  2. See the problem with this philosophy is that he's got some many accounts. You see a post from him and ignore it and scroll past to the next post. You start to read it, and then realise it's also from him. You scroll past that one and on to the next post. Start reading it, and then realise it's also from him. Repeat the last sentence a few times. In other words, it's very hard to just scroll past his posts and ignore them when he's using so many accounts. And I'm sure there will probably be more to come.
  3. I was quite surprised to see a fair few Northampton Saints shirts at the stadium, so there must have been some promotion done somewhere to tempt non-regulars and locals. Let's hope they enjoyed it and will return.
  4. That's the first actual funny thing you've said.
  5. I know you're the biggest attention seeker since Donald Trump, but can you stop swearing and make lewd remarks? There's absolutely no need for it. It's not big and it's not clever.
  6. Oxford are a far different beast without Erik Riss. With him, they should be favourites - without him, might even struggle to make the playoffs. He makes that much of a difference.
  7. Not sure it was an awful track as the racing was good but the dust levels were insane. I came down from Leicester to watch, and I won't be going back in a hurry after that. can't be good for your health breathing that in. My eyes are still stinging today.
  8. Not something to really be smug about, but yes, you're right. Oxford look screwed. No more greyhound racing, means no more speedway. Can't see anybody else taking on Boothby's lease, as it was subsidised by SIS....who now won't be subsidising anything. Lease reverts back to Galliard.... bye, bye Oxford. Incredibly sad times.
  9. Oxford's top three power against Poole reserve power for the title, in my opinion. Those are the two teams that stand out, although I think it looks a more competitive league than we've seen in the last few seasons (3rd to 8th could be any order, with Scunthorpe last). 1. Oxford 2. Poole 3. Glasgow 4. Berwick 5. Plymouth 6. Redcar 7. Edinburgh 8. Workington 9. Scunthorpe
  10. Gilkes will outscore both KJP and Hausl if he stays fit.
  11. I'd say mainly over Pedersen and Hausl. How are they going to perform over here? Pedersen hasn't really shown that much overseas for me to think he'll be a world beater, and Hausl is a complete unknown. He could come in and perform like Nagel and take to UK tracks, or he could be another Francis Gusts and really struggle. Too many unknowns to make Glasgow favourites at this stage, but that could all change. I'd say Poole look the strongest so far (if they get Rushen), with Oxford second and Glasgow third.
  12. Does this mean Rushen is Oxford bound after all?
  13. Well said. Couldn't agree more. So tonight, it's going to be either Zach Cook or Cooper Rushen right? Any other contenders?
  14. If Oxford can pull off this team, it's title-winning in my opinion. A lot depends on that infamous pen... 1. Sam Masters 2. Luke Killeen 3. Erik Riss 4. Mitchell McDiarmid 5. Anders Rowe 6. Cooper Rushen 7. Darryl Ritchings
  15. I heard a rumour Kye Thomsen could be Oxford bound. Anybody else heard this?
  16. So with Lawson, Cairns and Bowes confirmed, any thoughts/predictions on who the final four will be?
  17. There was a recent post that showed there were 150 riders racing in the UK this year, how on earth do you think we'll lose 100 of them? That's not a fact, just you doom mongering.
  18. It's not just about free race nights, it's about work overload. If he also signs for Rospiggarna as rumoured, he's going to be a very busy man if he stays in the UK.
  19. Bewley potentially not riding in the UK after signing to ride in Denmark?
  20. I'm guessing 1984. Not too sure why I think that. Just something about the picture.
  21. You think the entire world focuses on cricket and rugby, lol.
  22. What a ridiculous comment. Just because Poland aren't particularly great at the majority of sports we focus on in the UK, you think they are useless at every other sport going? Go and educate yourself on what sports Poland regularly play, such as volleyball, basketball, handball, etc. and you'll soon see they are far better than us and compete at the highest levels. Not to mention individual sports such as, athletics, winter sports, etc. as well. For instance, an all-time combined Summer and Winter Olympics table sees Poland inside of the 20 countries in the world.
  23. So does Scott Nicholls signing for Plymouth add to the rumours that Oxford Cheetahs might in the Premiership next year? He was almost certain to return to Oxford I thought, but perhaps there was no place for him again as there is no Championship team?
