Correct decision for me. Thomsen didn't touch Pawlicki, Pawlicki saw him coming through and laid the bike down as he was going to be on the wrong end of a 5-1 after a good gate.

Milik came 3rd, Pawlicki 2nd in the SEC qualifier in Krsko yesterday, Blodorn missed out in 6th. Pawlicki set to ride for Zielona Góra in the big local derby against Gorzow at 18:15 today. Kurtz & Blodorn ride for Rybnik at Lodz starting 13:00 while Brennan is in Gdansk for the visit of Bydgoszcz (again 13:00). Bewley & Lidsey rode Friday night in Poland, Bewley if anyone has missed it was superb at Czestchowa on Tuesday - Czestchowa v Wroclaw - just skip to heat 14 if you are short on time. Bewley was less impressive in Torun on Friday night but hopefully he'll start showing such form for the Aces. Almost forgot Wiktor Lampart! 5+1 from 4 with a tapes exclusion in his final ride for Torun on Friday.

And nothing at all to do with (your relegation certainties) Torun sending Wroclaw packing? Yeah, yeah.

Tried to jump the start and got it wrong, just as Laguta did a heat or too later. Bewley superb in heat 13.

Nothing wrong with Woffinden in heat 9. Great race for 1st & 3rd.

I doubt any team will get a win at Czestchowa, they're a strong septet.

Bitter sweet this for me, while it's good to see my (now) local team get a win under their belts for the Aces the form of Bewley is worrying. Although his Ekstraliga seems fine, 7th in a averages (albeit early season), haven't managed to catch a Wroclaw meeting stream as yet.

The track improved after the post heat 4 grade, when allot of the dirt was scraped off. But I have said before the best was to prepare a track for racing is to allow each rider to do a couple laps then grade it a small amount between each heat. They can get two tractor circuits in the 2 minutes between heats if required. Cook is not as young as people think, obviously a late starter.

Neither have been up to much since I've been a regular at the NSS. Their British titles were won when there was one line 5 cm's from the fence.
