  1. You may be with them Addy but at least you don't post in such an offhand manner as Scotty does :x And please don't tell me to allow for their age. There are plenty of young people on here who can put their argument across without telling others to "keep their gob shut" :x
  2. So in other words you are calling for a kind of ban on that person. Don't you think that is just going to start things off yet again?
  3. Well for me respect nor like isn't the issue here but understanding is.
  4. But Shazzy the point is Crump had left the main pit area and went to his van where I feel he is entitled to some privacy. If he had stayed in the main pits area then yes the cameras will intrude. But IMO they have no right to follow riders when out of the main area. I agree with Lunchy in that Sky were looking for a reaction from a rider who is known to blow his top easily. I am not a Crump fan but I feel for him in this situation where he obviously tried to avoid the cameras by leaving to go to his van. The camera crew should not have followed him out.
  5. Keep up Scuuny Stag this topic was started earlier See http://www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forum/view...2166&highlight=
  6. I agree with others who have already said about Mark Loram getting the five points when he didn't ride. It's totally wrong and I hope it will never come down to a rider winning the GP series with points awarded when they didn't race :x Just because you happen to be a fan of the rider concerned (Loram) shouldn't colour your judgement on a ludicrous decision. Lupus is right when he says you have to view the bigger picture. It's now set a precedent which will be difficult to break. Loram may have wanted to race but he was NEVER going to be fit enough to ride so soon after an injury like that. I am fed up of seeing riders trying to race with broken collar bones and far worse. It is not just their safety that may be at risk but the safety of others in the race with them. We can all admire guts and detertmination but down right stupidity is another thing.
  7. Ahhh but DawnG will hear Cheryl first before she sees her Will see you at Newport too BTL. Hope you can put up with me
  8. Kevin! Don't worry about any of us recognising Shazzy Some of us have met her and remember her well Her card is marked
  9. Totally agree with you Gemini. They create a fantastic atmosphere. Don't know how they will restrict it tho if people bring along the canisters and not buy them at the overinflated prices at the GP.
  10. I think Frigbo can look after himself and if people choose to take his post the wrong way then that's their problem.
  11. Glad it raised a laugh for you FTM. Your right it was way over their head :? Best wishes to Mrs FTM for a full and speedy recovery
  12. I take it there are no rules regarding ages in these championships as there are in other countries :!: :?:
