  1. Could change at any moment in both respects, and at that age, with a battered body and wipe em out riding style, it'll be sooner than you think.
  2. He'll be 46 when the season starts and is now as accident prone and brittle as Iversen who'll be 41 in June if we were to take the risk with him as well.
  3. Until someone makes and communicates a decision then nothing is off the table.
  4. I doubt that very much. Shocking location for crowds of that size.
  5. The question was "is it far from the EoES" so taking that as the starting point and assuming that people can picture that then the directions/distance were totally correct. It wasn't answered in the style of a Tom Tom device with a starting point of Cambridge although I get your point.
  6. It's not that far Rodders. Straight past the EoES (along Oundle Road) into town. Left at town bridge (Posh ground), right at the next roundabout, then right again after 100 yards at the mini roundabout & follow the road round. It's 5 miles from the EoES to the dog track you'll see if it's that far down.
  7. Sounds like the same bit of land where Mr Horton's motorsport complex sits? Sorry, my mistake, that never got further than the artists impression stage either and was allegedly all hot air as well?
  8. Fair point. Can't generally argue with the stats.
  9. At least 8 each per home meeting I'd take that bet.
  10. Can't score points if you're sitting on the sidelines. If they want to take the risk with an injury prone rider in the latter stages of his career then so be it. Is it better to have Iversen and a plan b or someone who's a little less crash prone & seemingly brittle?
  11. They'll need a good plan b for when he's on the sidelines.
  12. Hopefully we'll get a decent press officer as well to give effective communications to the customers rather than encouraging cryptic, leaky, unsubstantiated social media posts
  13. Most of them. They've had the loyalty season due to last year's exploits but if Panthers run in 2023 then the reality of stage of career and expectations has to kick in.
  14. Until there is official confirmation you can point to saying otherwise then it has to be taken as such.
  15. Just in case, take an adjustable spanner & screwdriver so that you can take your favourite seat home with you along with the memories! That's not serious advice btw, there's always one
  16. If Panthers run, as seems likely, it will be at the EoES for the season. Nothing is going to happen part way through 2023 apart from AEPG hoping to get their future plans approved.
  17. I'm sure that he's got another screwdriver somewhere.
  18. And a supplementary to the supplementary now that they've acknowledged the failing: all customers ripped off on Monday will get a 30% reduction on admission for any of Panthers remaining matches including the restaging.
  19. Is it? Well that'll save £20 if they don't offer a significant reduction.
  20. Riders were struggling to go forwards on the pit bend especially so whatever it looked like it didn't do the job. Those bikes were spinning up something chronic and riders were seriously going backwards before eventually going forwards.
