  1. Why should they be - he looked a class act and was fully in control at all times - fair play to the guy.
  2. He's certainly changed my opinion of him. I think Fiveone wrote on here weeks ago about how dirty he was getting. How many times has he been like that on sky now?! I've also said that Nicki can't hold a candle to Andersen when it comes to dirty riding - hopefully he's shot himself in the foot big time with this performance tonight and will find himself without a British track in the future!
  3. I can't disagree with that Sting - we had more than our fair share of dubious decisions tonight, but it doesn't alter the fact that Andersen is a ####er.
  4. And neither would British Speedway - let's drive the #rat out!!!!
  5. VV - Sometimes it seems you like to cause some controversy - now is not the time - shut up, you're out of order!
  6. Yeah but can't you log into your email account online (on the www) on the homepage of your email supplier?
  7. Once again Jo you have completely confused me - if you can post on here from the Isle of Worldsend, why can't you read your email? Can't wait for the answer can you Gem?
  8. Look on the bright side la-la - at least you will be able to watch us win the trophy tonight!
  9. roflmao2 - I reckon that word is going to stick!!! Will look out for you Shazzy - have a great time mate.
  10. Fun - it was (and still is) very much part of our lives mate, and God help anyone who dis's that!
  11. Have a great time Shazz and give us a wave. Where are you sitting? Oh, and what are you doing on here - aren't the pubs open in Darzet yet?
  12. No meeting that day Shazz, but on the 8th we were at Long Eaton and lost 34-44. Scorers for Canterbury:- Dave Gooderham 10 Uncle Ted 8 Les Rumsey 6 Barney Kennett 5 Derek Cook 2 Jimmy Squibb 2 Dave Emery 1 Impressed or what Shazz??? With thanks to a certain other slider.
  13. Well make sure they know to get off at Dover - wouldn't want them missing it and getting off four or five stations too late.
  14. Very impressive frigbo. You should start a web site.
  15. I'm sure no-one has taken offence Shazz, but as you mentioned it, how do you fancy a couple of weeks in sunny Kent?
  16. Everyone seems to be forgetting we've already beaten Sweden and Poland in the competition so there's no reason we can't do it again! This is far and away our best chance to win the trophy which we haven't won since 1989 - yes 15 years ago!!! - and I firmly believe we will. Get behind our team and give them all the support they deserve and remember that even if things go wrong tonight they have already done us proud. I am prepared to admit that I felt a little emotional on Monday when we won the qualifier and that is something I'm looking forward to experiencing again tonight - all we need is belief in ourselves and I'm sure Middlo has installed that in the team and the team will install that in the fans!!! We are right behind you Team GB - go for it lads!!!
  17. So let's get this right Shazz - you are fonder of Tabby than certain other forum members, is that right?
  18. I believe you're behind the times there Gem A word of warning though Queen Bee - the Glasgow avatar does indicate her accent so you may need an interpreter! Jo (who knows I'm only kidding ), if you read this please check your inbox.
  19. You don't remember 1970 and 1978 then?
  20. Travis McGowan should be considered too - his form has been a revelation of late!
  21. All they'd have to do would be put a loo roll in them - vast improvement straight away!
  22. Is this any good Frigbo? Ron Preston United States 13 Airat Faizulin Soviet Union 12 Ari Kopenen Finland 11 Knud Ellegaard Denmark 11 Anders Eriksson Sweden 9 Stanislav Urban Czech Republic 9 Trond Helge Skretting Norway 8 Marek Kempa Poland 8 Zbyszek Holy Czech Republic 7 Vladimir Pankin Soviet Union 7 Jaromir Bartos Czech Republic 6 Hans-Albert Klinge Denmark 6 Stefan Berecz Hungary 5 Josef Aigner Denmark 4 Jan Ericsson Sweden 3 Fausto Birbini Italy 1 And I hope your not neglecting the old National League results.
