We try and do the same but some teams are so chaotic they get missed. In my opinion if the team manager doesn't tell you then the ref should exclude the rider after the race. They will only do it once.

A lot of promoters would rather have cheaper riders in heat 15 if the result is not in doubt. Nominations are at Team Managers discretion so you do not have to use best riders.

Terry used a blade on Saturday but without gallons of water not really achieved the desired affect.
