German Gp Confirmed
Sandie replied to German Speedway Fan's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
I think they've already said the stadium is unavailable in March, but I can't check because someone has taken the Speedway Star to bed with them. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Rugby season in full flow, probably something to do with that -
Travelling To Bydgoszcz
Sandie replied to ReadingPaul's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Not that easy Steve Flights fine (but expensive at the moment) but hotels are fully booked. Do try reading Paul - there are always cancellations but we have tried to get more rooms at the Brda but cant. Try Trave Plus Tours. there is a link on the front page of forum -

But the German cheapest is still cheaper than the Cardiff cheapest which means there must be hundreds of die-hards as they dont have a problem coming over here. -

I have just had a play on Seetickets. This site says it offers you the best available seats. I got: £75 Block O - Start/finish line £56 Block M - 1st corner £45 Block L 1st corner £36 Block D2 Back straight / D1 backstraight and C2 Backstraight As Rob says - nothing about where the standing is - possibly 3rd/4th bend as no seats available there. But who knows??!!!c -

Just done the sums and I reckon a car of 5, ferries, 1 night cheap hotels, tickets and fuel will work out at £60 each. These are VERY basic sums. -

Yes Jo it does. So its confirmed - now to plan Lora's 20th Birthday Party Road trip!!!! Was looking at getting a mini-bus for this but the insurance for taking it abroad was ridiculous - so it will have to be a convoy!! -
I love the way even the reults are phoned through as a 'pair'.

I had a text from the Schleins this evening saying it was raining which is great after the drought and forest fires. But has now left the titles in jeapody. Fngers crossed. Taken from Gillman speedway website - Solo Championship Confirmed As Saturday Night Gillman Media posted Friday January 19, 2007. The South Australian Solo Championship, with almost half the field from last weekend's Australian Championship, is confirmed as Saturday night, 20 January, not Friday night as The Advertiser has incorrectly printed in our advert. Defending champion Rory Schlein, and Australian Under 21 Champion Chris Holder, will start as joint-favourites, but will face tough opposition from the likes of Matthew Wethers, Tom Hedley, Cory Gathercole, Cameron Woodward, Robert Ksiezak, Trevor Harding, Tyron Proctor to name a few. Only four can make the final.

Sounds great BFT but your not going to tell us anything more about the tour then! PS -Johnno's exploits are already covered by two other threads. We are quick over here!! Keep us updated if you read or hear anything. He may have beaten Roo for that 3rd place but he's one of the good guys. I hope he cn find a way of getting back for the start of the season

Rob I make it the same, but I guess you have taken these from the written sites. Listening to Radio Fremantle they called one of he heats diferently and Nev even asked him twice for the result. We will see though One small point- I think its Tyronne (Ty) Proctor not Troy but thats splitting hairs - Im sure his Fans still know who he is. -

This is very confussing. The radio feed is calling it differently to the Updates (on a few Aussie sites Im viewing) sites. This is fine if its not important to you but im rying to keep the scores and work out final positions!! But before anyone jumps on my back - I am grateful to everyone who updates us! -

and me. They have just said though that next year they hopeto send someone to the track with the OB kit and do more. So for now we will take what we can get. Yesterdays Gillman live stream was awsome. We need more of that - but with the guy behind a glass window as it was tricky at times to hear what he was saying. The passion was there though
