I said before but I actually quite like the look of Toruń if they can get Zupinski which it looks like they will. I think they will probably get some right beatings away from home at some tracks but they should be decent value around their home track, especially if Lambert brings his early season form and Jack Holder is back on it too. Grudziadz look like they could easily hit 60 at home and likewise hit 30 too. Their lack of junior power is a big problem for them, especially if Shamek and KK aren’t up for it.

MORE POLISH LEAGUE INTERFERENCE
Najjer replied to Gunner85's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Admittedly his options were very limited in the Polish Extraleague and it doesn't have a direct impact on British Speedway, but Michael Jepsen Jensen is the first rider to say he will drop down to the Polish 1st Division so that he can then ride in Denmark and Sweden. I'm not privvy to know what sort of money is being paid in Sweden, but I would assume it would be a straight shootout between Britain and Sweden for the likes of Holder and Lidsey. -
Gleb Chuganov will be the second Pole - Dan Bewley will be the U24 rider then. Either that or Chuganov will ride as the U24, Bewley at no.8 with one of the juniors declared as the second Pole without actually getting a ride, much like they did this year towards the end of the year with Liszka. Przedpelski blew hot and cold, similar to Woryna albeit Woryna in a much weaker side. I expect to see much improved performances from Kacper in a better side.

MORE POLISH LEAGUE INTERFERENCE
Najjer replied to Gunner85's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Poland are just looking after their product, and well within their rights to do so. This year has been ideal for them with riders all based over there and very few travelling to Sweden later in the year for the odd meeting once a week with very few injuries throughout the course of the season too. Losing some of the biggest earners in this country might be a blessing in disguise and can be the beginning of lowering costs and lowering prices in this country. This is likely to effect Jason Doyle, Nicki Pedersen, Jack Holder, Rasmus Jensen, Rohan Tungate, Brady Kurtz, Niels K Iversen, Robert Lambert, Dan Bewley and Jaimon Lidsey. -
I get the feeling they may dig their heels in abit more this time. Everybody has been based in Poland this year, there has been very few people missing due to getting injured abroad so you can hardly blame them. They've also made the point that riders could always opt out of Poland and ride in as many leagues as they like... What's the bets they don't?

That’s good to hear - here’s hoping BWD is back in the team come next season.

Disapointted to have missed that - I really liked Mike when he was the bossman at Somerset and was the first person to really elevate Somerset onto the map I thought.

"The new regulations in the Polish Ekstraliga for the 2021 season allow you to drive only in one league outside Ekstraliga. What is happening in this speedway world?" - asked the three-time world champion, outraged by the new regulations. "Is it really Poland that should influence all laws and rules in speedway? Where are the other countries? And where is cooperation and respect between states?" - commented Nicki Pedersen
