Exactly, nobody knows the rules yet so to say they will be a lot of changes when the new average come out, as some continue to do, is wrong.

But as nobody knows the rules regards team changes when the new average apply its not likely to be earth shattering. If it was going to stay at 50, sign as many high average as you can and fill up with cannon fodder, then replace.

So when the real averages kick in, what limit do you use for making team changes?

My point is that the rules are known before you start, whether you agree with them or not is another matter. Your whole point is the age old one of whoever finishes top should be champions. While the rule is in place you have no option other than to get on with it.

Why would you think that, the rules are quite clear at the start of the season?
