  1. Gary Foord no longer works in the pits or does any meetings with Vinnie.
  2. Eastbourne transfered assets to Jon Cook at Lakeside including Micael Mikkelsen, when that went wrong the BSPL took the assets. When Eastbourne under Ian Jordan went pop, The BSPL took the assets again including Tom Brennan and sold him to Glasgow. Under Ian Jordan, the club had money and assets tied up with the BSPL, unfortunately this money was swallowed up with fines for closing mid season so no money was payed out to other debts including rider wages.
  3. So, does this mean that the rider asset bond new/old clubs have to pay to the BSPL when entering a league is no longer applicable? Because its a lot of money to pay up front.

  5. Gutted this is on TNT as my football team is live on SKY Sports so will have to record it..
  6. I don't think they did but I don't know on this. The car parks were full and a good crowd, loads of Eastbourne and Kent fans in attendance, a good few fans from Leicester too which was good to see and fair play to them..
  7. Cooper Rushton looks very very handy.
  8. A new club is born in the south east of England as the Kent Eagles take on the Fox clubs of Leicester. Up and coming riders on view from both sides, any predictions?
  9. Great ride from Chris Harris there, trademark cutback to go between two riders on the line. In the words of the great late Dave Lanning What a super ride.
  10. It's not really important is it, this thread is about Tai.
  11. That's the spirit mate.. If you don't feel its value then don't go, if you want to spend some money that will be invested in the future riders then go and have a good time watching our youth devlop.
  12. It would be interesting to see if the viewing figures for last night stacked up well or not for the fee charged, of course we will never know. I pay for the full service which I think is very good value and payed for last nights extra because I treated like a meeting I could never make, starved of speedway, looked an ok deal for me but understand at that price not for all..
  13. Agree but Ray has asked a question, hopefully his question has been answered.
  14. Tyres around a metal post that close to the track would offer very little protection for a rider and would not, thankfully, be approved anymore. it would be potentially lethal.
  15. Rider safety is paramount of course but to cover that will it impact on spectator viewing?
