  1. Rohan tungate Just a thought. Nico was trying his hardest to make outside passes. Why wasn't a bit more Sprinkling of the outside done to help someone like him?
  2. I'm sort of with you on that one, but will be watching at Workington and Glasgow, but I've lost a bit of interest in home matches, what with the fact they struggle to ride our own track.
  3. I'm visiting Workington to watch this. Not expecting us to get anything, but I want to see plenty of effort.
  4. nothing wrong with Halsey, probably the most consistent rider around foxhall I've ever seen.
  5. I think a lot of this will come down to track prep. if it''s boring and slick we should win by a reasonable margin. if it's grippy we should win by a reasonable margin, if it's really grippy who knows what would happen. Haven't quite yet decided if going to this one.
  6. Get well soon bob. I'm guessing that means louis will be preparing another crap track Thursday then
  7. Trouble is, his average is dropping all the time. That just makes it even harder to replace him. When their average is 5 or over its easier to find a replacement. We also know there is more low scoring performances still to come.
  8. yeah. Looks like Hilton was brilliant tonight. Did he take any photo of the Peterborough team?
  9. I wouldn't have said it's an off night. if it was one, then we are certainly having a fair few of them this season.
  10. People are saying only nico comes out with any credit, but rohan scored 11? wasn't it a very good 11?
  11. Maybe he is a Newcastle fan and took the opportunity to get some snaps and autographs of his favourite riders
  12. Any chance of changes to maybe improve our chances of reaching play offs? Where would we be if nico hadn't have turned out as good as he has? it's not very often I miss meetings, but looks like it was a good choice tonight. What's worrying is I didn't miss it one little bit
  13. So what went wrong tonight? Track? Riders? Manager? Management team? Are we still good enough to win title?
  14. Well done to the diamonds. I didn't have them down as a very good team before the season started. I didn't have ipswich down as one either. Looks like the diamonds proving me wrong. I wasn't there tonight. so can anyone that was tell me was giving lanham the black and white the right move by the manager or should he have waited a race and gave it to our best rider on the nigh? Going by updates it looks like nico would have been a better choice, even more so when you Tungate in that race as well.
  15. in a real sport we wouldn't have been as close. Real sports don't have rules to keep it entertaining
  16. They haven't let anyone down, it's just that's the standard that they are. Why would an average rider become a world beater just because they are racing in the world cup.
