I can get arm pump just ridding my road bike hard for 10 minutes, rohan was probably gripping really tightly last night because the track was scaring him.

What's between the riders ears is what happens. Add to that. The wrong type of track being prepared for the type of riders we have. Add to that a manager who has made glaring errors in every meeting so far.

Arm pump is very common in forms of bike racing. Didn't nicki pedersen have some operations to help cure this a few years back? Anyway. I can imagine the Plymouth track man making the track a bit grippy right now.

Certainly the crowd looks like it's missing some bandits supporters. Looks like a poor crowd to me on a perfect evening for speedway.

I did yes, but that was a day meeting when some of our girls just didn't want to get stuck in. A more settled evening track should see those riders more comfortable On it. Would love to the bandits come and give it their all only to lose by 5

I must be missing something here. I think it's gonna be a totally one sided affair. I guess we will know after 15 heats.

With all the natural watering the track has had in the last couple of weeks, I would imagine it will be billiard table smooth and fast.
