  1. Surely we will be one of the teams..or are we only league favourite's You Can't be cynical mate, people won't like it.. Positive posts only.. Come on, you know the rules
  2. So is it the top 2 that go through, or just the winner?
  3. Well we are basically out then , as we won't win at Somerset I very much doubt
  4. I think this maybe be a 30 plus point win for the witches.
  5. Gotta give it to Mike though.. He has certainly made it sound brilliant.. maybe Chris should give him a job as head of marketing, the place will be rammed
  6. Tungate did make a very good pass, but I don't remember seeing anyone's jaw on the floor. I think bacon has gone a bit over the top, but I guess he is only trying to sell it
  7. Google it superblue and you will see its more short straights bigger corners. Google earth
  8. It's just your riders always seem to come out in there first race and try their hardest to fall off or get the corners wrong, and tonight was no different.
  9. Crazy starting that last race, very poor opposition as often the case, but make no mistake, some determined racing from our riders, especially from tungate, yes that's right i said tungate, also from Stefan and nico. Good all round performance, but can only beat what's in from of you, which is exactly what the Somerset fans will be saying in a couple of Fridays time Hope gino and Ritchie are okay.
  10. Ha ha, you are funny. Am I not allowed an opinion?even if it may differ from most people's? If you don't wish to read any of my opinions in think you will find there is a block button somewhere, it's pretty simple.
  11. Well at least this early seasons form is because he was stressed, unlike like his early form last season when he just couldn't be bothered. I wonder what next seasons will be. Anyway, as we all know, he will come good , probably starting tonight, as long as the track is to his liking, obviously. I'm sure tonight's track will be perfect for him, as long as he don't go to wide like last week. Looking forward to tonight, good weather to produce an awesome track, and hopefully some good opposition giving our boys a stern test which they will come through with flying colours with some amazing passing maneuvers and full throttle action.
  12. I still think Ipswich will win pretty convincingly, okay not as well as previous seasons but by enough, somewhere around 16 point win. The track prep could determine how big our win is.
  13. Don't know what meeting you were watching, cos they were dire, and gino scored 4 and rohan 5. Don't know what score chart you have been looking at.
  14. No, it's just a total load of tosh that means absolutely nothing, just like everyone else has always come out with. Just my opinion though.
  15. Having just read the team managers bit in paper, I can now see that he is perfect for the job.
  16. He will only be that goat if he carrys on the way he has started. The daft thing in a week or so we may have to go to Plymouth to get something to go forward in the cup and it may well be morten that puts us out since he is pretty good there.
  17. Don't think anyone anywhere has mentioned him being dropped. Is that away or both home and away?
  18. I'm not saying reaching an average over 8 isn't impressive, cos you could see when he first came over he could attain that type of average. And now it's reached that's where it's roughly going to stay, again which isn't a bad thing. And he can win races away, on certain tracks if the conditions are perfect for him. It's probably the normal type of stuff about its early in the season and he has faith in the riders coming good and that sort of thing. That's the normal thing to do after your team has taken a major stuffing and a few riders riding below what they can. On a plus point, although Stefan didn't score a point tonight, it looks like his bike completed 4 laps 3 times tonight, that's got to be a big plus going forward.
  19. He is doing something right, he scores pretty good at Ipswich where if he gates is fast enough to win plenty of races, if he doesn't gate though, don't expect to see him making many passes, think I've counted 2 genuine ones at foxhall. He did race speedway bikes before going road racing, so it's more than 3 years really.
  20. The problem I have is riders like tungate don't even try to give the dirt and try, if he really does have ambitions then he needs to learn how to race on all types of tracks. This is why I can't ever see him being any better than he is now. To counter act that he could be a curb crawler, often the quickest way round towards the end of the meeting, but he doesn't do that either, it's just lap after lap after lap, race after race after race on the only line he ever seems to ride, about 3 to 4 meters from the curb, and that line is hardly ever the best to be on. I know i like to watch proper racers and chasers which doesn't help. I travel many miles and spend plenty of money watching my team, and it would be nice to see them giving it a good go. As for Thursday, come on you witches.
  21. Same as you always thrash us, both tracks a ridden completely differently, you may fair and bit better than usual though as lanham can sometimes score very well at Ipswich.
