  1. e I heard that at the last meeting at rye too. WHo is jensen? Any info on him jules? Well it seems he is mates with Heeps and is staying with his family whilst racing in oz.
  2. Well north is already owned by someone so who can it be apart from k new rider from abroad. Who owns north's contract anyway?
  3. From what I have seen so far I would say we have a team that could finish around 3rd or 4 th, but that's all that's needed to get into the play offs. What I would be more worried about is not making team changes at the right time if they are needed. This has often been a problem in the past.
  4. What I mean is, is that would be a hell of a team that I couldn't see losing.
  5. WEll if the rebels get Morris aswell that's us out the cup first round and you might aswell give them all the trophy's now.
  6. Morris has more potential and is already a better rider than any of those. Then north. It's all down to circumstances though guess. Wonder why the rebels don't want north though.
  7. From what Mr s was saying I am expecting a 6 pointer with bags of potential and the ability to race and entertain. Although I would rather see a 7 pointer that can do the same
  8. Who said we are getting another 7 pointer? From what's been said on here its a 6 pointer if that.
  9. I do get what you are saying Mr s., I would be very happy with Dakota north if its him. Some fans would like to win titles over entertainmet though. If a team wins titles it then has a higher chance of attracting bigger sponsors and possibly higher crowds. Personally I like to be entertained by racers, but it would be nice to win the title again. Only towards the end of the season we will see if the team was built the right way or not. Oh and the crowd levels.
  10. So by knowing Lasse would be off, wouldn't it have made more sense finding a rider that would take our team average near the 42,5 mark and not near 41, or am i just missing something here.
  11. I think the team is now straight forward apart from who the last rider is. Unless morten doesn't ride for us next season which still leaves room for say hart and a number 1. We could go with morten and north but that would leave us way under 42.5. MMM interesting times ahead I hope. A good team could see plenty of season tickets sold like last season. I hope there are more tours next season.
  12. I also think that all the riders will improve their starting averages. Let's just hope can all ride well on the same night, which often wasn't the case last season. There does look like some good teams being built, so should be some good close meetings at home.
  13. The thing is if your number one loses to their 1 and 5 that's not good and our number 5 loses to their 1 and 5 you are always hoping that the reserve with 5 can beat their number 2 and 6 or 7 just to get a 3 all result.
  14. For me its just a case of I can see on some nights we really will struggle and after a good year last year we may not do aswell this year. 7.19 for your number 1 is very low and doesn't inspire confidence. And yes I like to win.
  15. I Was only trying to think of all these riders that wanted a team place.
  16. I would be interested to know what percentage of heats 1 13 and 15 doolan won last season. Maybe rohan will improve enough to be a solid back up by the time the play offs arrive, that's if we are in the top 6 at the time. It's showing just how important Lasse was to our team last season. Can see him topping 9 easy next season.
  17. Yeah I get that, but we must be hoping that the rider can come in and improve his average and be pushing doolan for the number one jacket, with morten and Matt doing a good job at 3 and 4 or Matt at 5 and new rider at 3. Even then I still can only think of one, that you have put in the rebels team. There was meant to be riders asking to ride for ipswich. So who were they and where are they now? Travis? Rob mear?
  18. I really am struggling to think of any rider that can come in and do a true heat leaders job.
  19. Maybe a new danish rider?. Looks like the rebels have an Awsome team if that's the case. We will struggle with their top end but we may be stronger at reserve. Same as aljack I would worry about the final heats.
  20. Or even a proper heat leader that Kevin could back up. Looks like a strength in depth team on the cards. Lasse will be a big miss and was still on a pretty low average really. Has kozza signed for anyone yet? Could do with a masters or Morris now.
  21. Scoring reserves are key. Especially on away tracks when one or 2 riders tend not to do so well. Not to sure about north, have only seen him do well against ipswich so far. Maybe a rebels fan can say what he is like week in week out.
