Right let's get one thing straight I'm not knocking Steve, Sarah, Star Lady, Lupus, Schumi or anyone else that is not supporting the Brits, I asked a question (as I have done every year but then with new members arriving all the time maybe they too would like to know) why they choose to support another nation rather than their own and it has been answered hmmmm not quite as politely as the question was asked but then that's what comes to be expected on here but thanks for the replies.

Not at all, it's just an example of cheering on your team/country no matter how good or bad they are. He gave 110% week in week out as do the TEAM GB lads on the track for the WTC, everyone knows I am no way ever going to be a Lee Richardson fan but when he pulls on that TEAM GB body colour he's representing us for our country and deserves to be supported by the British fans. Yes it is each to their own but to me that's why we have GP's and Teams so the best of the rest can be supported, christ this year at Cardiff I went right against the grain and at times was cheering on Bacon Balls (Except when Scott or Chris were in the race)

Being a single parent holding down two jobs to make ends meet it's quite difficult for me to get to meetings this year, providing for my family or a night out at speedway I know which choice I'd like... but my kids have to come first. When I get myself back on my feet financially I will be at speedway until then I have to make do with cheering from home and texting my support to my friends ** Sorry people for going off topic there and bringing this to the forum unfortunately VV must get lots of hate mail and therefore has not got a PM facility**

Dear oh dear what defeatists a lot of the Brits are .... Firstly we have a thread running damning Middlo before the engines are warmed up now we have a thread damning Colin Meredith for the track.
