Floppy Out Of World Cup

From what I can gather this has been his decision. Not one that has been an easy one to make. It's a real shame he's not riding as the fans have really taken to him I know I have since the Championship of Great Britain at Eastbourne, when he said "Middlo are you watching" his performance at that meeting paid off to show he was more than capable of pulling on a TEAM GB race jacket and "Doing the Business" for his country. Hopefully the fact that he has sensibly taken time out to heal his injuries will make him stronger for the next series, he's a determined lad with a never give up attitude, Hopefully he will be back racing soon xxx All the Best Floppy and Hurry Back xxx -
Floppy is to sit out the World Cup his injury is no better and will not be riding for TEAM GB this will now pave the way for Bomber to step in. Hope the Flopster is soon back on track and Good Luck to Bomber x

Dad has just read the article on the Glovers apparently ............ anyone that knew Unc as a rider would know that he never felt Pressure, he was up for the challenge as much as anyone it just wasn't ever meant to be still 3 goes at Wimbledon in the NLRC and three rostrum placings can't be bad can it? He might have ever won it but he'll always be my Champion even after all these years

Ivan Admits That Tony Is The Best!
shazzybird replied to mark cox's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
So what the Speedway governing body are doing then is........ Ivan Mauger 6 times World Champion (Individual Championships) Tony Rickardsson 6 (tempting fate here) times World Champion (GP Championships) and A N Other 6 times World Champion (Invitation Series) Yes? which goes back to the arugment who's better Mauger or Rickardsson and like I said, each are Champions in their own rights. -

Two totally different World Champions one is Champion of the "One off Finals" and the other Champion of the "Grand Prix" each should be respected just that Mr Rickardsson is on his way to being in the record books. -
ewwwwww just the thought of Andy Galvin and that hairy mole all over the wall oh yuk!

Jeeeeeeeeesus another thread discussing a Poole rider (whether in the GP or not) started by an Eastbourne Fan. Could you not have just added it to the thread regarding last nights GP! -
Having seen Honey ride ....... I'd say it was his fault
-
Scott must have read the forum and decided JC was getting far too much publicity and he wants his own thread as well
-
Totally agree with you with regard to Andy being no angel. As for the NEVER cheering/laughed when a rider has fallen. I am exactly the same, yet when I said that I got called a liar as everyone cheers/laughs at some point .............. apparently........ in my case it's apparently not
-
TMC out of interest are you doing a "Special" to cover the Hackney re-union, if so can I book a copy now please
-
God Bryn you sound like me, get ready for the critics that slate me each time I say it Oh how I wish I'd been there Bet it was the one that laughed and cheered when I was there once before, horrible man he was.
