  1. Grey Hancock does the simple things so very well For me the GP needs a reshuffle too many top riders not in there Woffinden was excellent
  2. you have a point however, 1)he's a local lad 2) scoring points at home 3) handy 3 pointer for 2015
  3. Glasgow 2011 until Grazjonek got injured, best I've seen KL 2009 with Ward as well
  4. very talented bloke in his younger days comes over very well
  5. Similar issues different season.. Admittedly part of modern day Speedway, the blow is softened if you have the guys to replace the rider, at the moment (we don't) Much better season this year however defeats to the Monarchs and the Rebels and not making changes may cost us a Top 6 place. We may well make the Top6 (which would be a achievement) I don't see us beating (Edinburgh, Somerset, Workington, Scunthorpe, Ipswich or Newcastle) with our current 7 with Kus at reserve over 2 legs
  6. Doolan's drop in form between 2010 and 2011 hmm Also Tomas Topinka going to Workington
  7. I remember reading something in 2002 that was very similar to this Doolan (while a fan) has been a poor show he should have been leading the charge with Vissing 7.8 left to play with? that would have secured us Top6 Jobs for the Boys
  8. Well like I say hopefully we secure Claus, one would wonder how things may have differed had we had Kozza with a bit more top end strength
  9. I thought Dave Peet was Team Manager at Saddlebow Road
  10. Was discussing Redcar and considering the team they have. Redcar have done bloody well Smith replaced by Konopka, utter joke Had Kozza ridden who knows, 3 decent heat leaders wilko and skidmore have picked up And Graveson overall has done well
  11. redcar threads generally have a lack of interest sadly
  12. Too quote Heppy, "Razor is good lad" but hopefully on Saturday night a win for the Berwick Bandits
  13. I think Plymouth will push us close. I think they will beat Ippo on Friday. Franc for Katajiisto strengthens them especially round here. If Rasmus Jensen gets going we are in trouble
  14. Woffinden has a very unique talent, a combination of will power, dedication, professionalism but most importantly confidence in his own ability. I can't imagine there being all that many top level academic speedway riders anytime soon. But Tai clearly has the brains and is marketing himself very well What I did pick up from this (which I hadn't thought off before Speedway when your winning races for the big clubs also in your own individual career must be the dream Equally when the above isn't happening it must be god lonely Hancock and Holder as per come as immaculate as there kevlars are after a meeting We best get used to Woffinden he's sure to win another title or two
  15. Bellego seems to have better consistency on the foreign tracks Coincidence?
  16. Well he's certainly not the bloody saviour either... what planet do some fans live on
