  9. I wouldnt be suprised if nobody did it. It's a lot of hard work, and a lot of grief is given from people if it isnt updated instantly. That's why i stopped it, and luckily Pete took over (but wasnt helped by the mods last year)
  10. This is a terribly boring meeting, seems a bit one sided too with Lindgren missing out, although Tarnow are clawing it back slightly now
  11. This is one thing that really annoys me about this forum. Football fans get all sorts of stuff thrown at them, Idont know a single football fan who goes to games to see players get injured. Sure there is probably a brainless few who do.... but the same can be said that some speedway fans only go to see crashes and injuries.
  12. Great meeting last night. First Speedway meeting I've thoroughly enjoyed since probably last years SWC.
  13. 6. Nicki PEDERSEN £45,000 10. Hans ANDERSEN £35,000 16. Wild Card £25,000 1. Jason CRUMP £50,000 12. Chris HOLDER £35,000 Out 6. Nicki PEDERSEN £45,000 Out 10. Hans ANDERSEN £35,000 Total £75,000 In 4. Greg HANCOCK £25,000 In 8. Kenneth Bjerre £50,000 With Crump as captain for Torun please Pete
  14. Crump as captain please Pete. As a side note, having started this game a few years back I know how much of a ball-ache it can be updating it manually. I dont have any code writing skills so simply had to update it manually, and you simply dont have time to do it straight away, which is why i gave up after the first year. When people moan about the scores not being done they have to realise that whoever is running it is taking time out of their personal lives to do it for the whole forums entertainment. It's going to take time to do. It's only a bit of fun, so does it really matter if the scores aren't updated straight away? If you want instant updates, run the game yourself. I really can't believe it affects the forum too much if we have a thread for each round. If it does, then surely once the scores have been updated we can just delete the previous rounds thread? Or is that too simple for the mods who seem to be on somewhat of a power trip
  15. Ignore my previous captain post please. Crump as captain
  16. Cheers for running this Pete. I know how much hard work it takes! 6. Nicki PEDERSEN £45,000 10. Hans ANDERSEN £35,000 16. Wild Card £25,000 1. Jason CRUMP £50,000 12. Chris HOLDER £35,000 Pedersen Captain this week please
  17. Musketyr hotel just off Wenceslas square is where i stayed first time. If you get the room on the top floor it's cracking! great shower too
  18. Come on Rob... Someones got to keep Zorro company at the back
  19. Oh. My. God. i like Eddie as a rider, but he isnt G.P standard. He's nowhere near as good as Nicholls and Harris, and they both failed dismally this year. The only advantage he'd have over those two is he is better from the gate, and may on slick tracks be able to hang on if he gets out front, similar to what Ulamek has done a few times this year
  20. I think Tai will get a nomination, but if i was him I'd take the Holder route. He isnt as good as Holder was at this point last year, and one more year will not do him any harm. However he may want to take it in the hope that his Dad will have a better chance of seeing him in the G.P's and therefore take the chance if offered. Richardson is the only brit who should be considered for next year imo. I'm not a big fan of him, but apart from his last season in the G.P's he didnt do too badly, plus a major benefit is the fact he can gate.
