  1. I am glad you can see some improvements. I certainly agree Speedway has multiple problems but as I said previously I see little evidence that PM is making things better not that I would envy him that task!
  2. The whole situation is clearly ridiculous but I think Phil Morris is pretty untouchable so I would expect we'll simply just carry on with more of the same to come in future. Disappointing though as I like many others thought Phil might make a bit of a difference and avoid the sort of nonsense that we have recently witnessed. Talking of Phil, did anyone ever hear anything further about the mystery new Speedway track that he referred to during the Brandon Stadium planning enquiry? Was there anything in it or was it just a load of guff?
  3. Looks like Pi000tr has called it a day!
  4. 1 Sheffield 2 Leicester 3 Belle Vue 4 Ipswich
  5. We’ll have to wait for the answer on that one Tim.
  6. R/R for Rohan Tungate who is recovering from a crash at the weekend.
  7. I agree - if head to head was to conclude the entire matter it had to be Vaculik out. However, as we all know it was decided that it didn’t provide a proper precedence so it moved to the final rankings step.
  8. I agree that if the Witches were to lose those three home matches it is likely that they will end up in 4th. Also if that did happen and depending on how other results go Leicester could be top although I think Sheffield will keep ahead of them. Maybe somewhat academic though as the play off places seem pretty well sorted apart from the final order so it will be the make up of the Witches during September that will be more important.
  9. Yes indeed the Witches have an excellent top two but I think many would have also expected Freddie to be up around the 9 point mark which would bring him very close JD. At the moment Freddie is averaging nearer to 8 but that might move up a bit in Birmingham’s remaining four matches, two of which are against the Witches! As you say he would be very welcome at Ipswich.
  10. Low enough to guest for the Witches in the play offs?
  11. Sounds like Pawlicki might have something like Laguta’s food poisioning! 😮
  12. Great to hear Emil’s news this morning given the horrific crash.
