As i said in an earlier post,don't blame the track blame your two top Aussies.They are meant to be the better riders in the team.So if Josh G,Nico and Klindt outscore them and ride the track ok,then the minds of your top two must be somewhere else other than the speedway.

As a Lynn fan this isn't hard to say really,but really well done Ipswich.Was thinking of coming tonight but couldn't bear to see Poole go through.Wish i was there now. Over the 2 legs Ipswich wanted it more,proved tonight in ht14 with Lawson and Sargeant.

You would like to think it would even itself out over the season.But now it's a ko competition you would like to see it evened out over the two legs.I must admit i didn't think there were as many rollers as AntiqueSteve believed.But i definitely see 2 rollers that gained a team paid 5pts.

The whole meeting was gate and go bar Harris,and Iversen in the first.That's about it really.Skidder laughed at my original post but i felt it was pretty spot on.

Thank god for Harris,that would have been a pretty dull match if he wasn't riding.

I'm sure Shovlar will dismiss the two rollers i see tonight.He's quite quick to say when the opposition does it.I would like to see him come on here tonight and tell us who the two rollers were.

You have to make changes to the bikes when conditions change.It looks like they haven't,a bit like Poole didn't for the first half of the meeting.

I personally think Hawkins has made the right calls.In my head i would be thinking Sargeant won't score whoever he rides against.So Hawkins has left him or put him in the races where he isn't up against the reserves of Poole.This has left Allen against them who you would like to think would beat them.You don't want Wells picking up points in the meeting by pitching Sargeant against him.

Cook and Lambert are under an 8pt average.

Think you will find this is a wind up. Craig Cook's average is way too high for him to guest in place of Lawson.

He certainly seemed to get the best out of some of the riders.Some were quite ordinary to put it politely but we won all before us with the teams we had.He too would do as much as Rory and probably more.I know he would help test bikes for riders.Tested S.Lamberts once and said that was fast,found Kozza's problems when he first come over which was his frames.And helped A.Jones a lot in that great but sadly fateful season.

I guess this is a re-arrangement too.So in the best interests of the sport he should be made available to Ipswich imo.

Buster wasn't there so was prepared by A N other.You could tell.I said i thought the Swindon match was the slickest i have seen it for some time.Well this one beats that,that was like a Southern track,track.Played into Pooles hands,suppose it showed with Wells getting a race win. Was Harris testing engines for the semi's?Watch out Poole.He was swapping from one engine to another. We need a bit of a clear out for next season.Jorgensen was one of the ones i thought had to go.But after talking to him tonight what a great man to have a chat with.I've had a bit of a change of heart.I asked if he wanted to come back which of course he does(probably knows he will be paid).I said his away form has to improve,to which he said he realises that and that is the biggest thing to work on and more.But he absolutely loves the Lynn track,he said he can't understand why some riders just don't like riding a grippy track,he loves it he wished other tracks were the same.I must admit i have never seen a rider go so fast into the bends as he does. Roll on 2020 and lets not be too loyal,lets get a team that can challenge for the play-offs.

Peterborough,Wolves and Belle Vue weren't riding.So Worrall,Bewley,Wright,Tungate,Andersen,Nicholls,Morris,Becker and Howarth. Out of that lot i would probably have gone for Bewley,Wright or Nicholls.So imo not plenty.And as i said earlier do we know they wanted to.The only rider that never seems to turn bookings down is Harris.
