Should Lynn try to get Iversen as Cover for Lambert? How long is Lambert going to be out for? I see he is out of the GP next weekend so who knows how long he will be out.Think we need a replacement if he is going to be out for at least a month.Lynn have some big matches at home and we don't want Wolves or Belle Vue leaving with any points, that's a must if we have any desire to get into the play-offs.Plus matches at Belle Vue and Wolves where it would be handy if we could pick up a point or two.

First with the marshall getting in the way and then the smaller fellow obviously having words i would say his heckles were up already. And then you could see the third one who walked up to him just wanted trouble and unfortunately Cook was ready to explode and he did.Guess that was a compatriot of Kennetts, seen him and his friends first hand around Cardiff looking for trouble before. Don't suppose it was them that started running out at Jorgensen last night Watching all that though took me back to the golden years of speedway where it was quite often you would see a little scrap. -

Having just seen the incident imo the Marshall shouldn't e in the middle of the track. 2nd he most certainly stepped into Cook's path, Cook turned right to try and avoid him and the Marshall took a further step so Cook couldn't avoid him. No brakes remember. All this head butting is nonsense, Cook is stood across his bike remember and went to shoulder the Marshall but from a standing position when you shoulder someone your head will dip and this makes it look like he's trying to head butt him. It's all a nonsense in my eyes and worse use to go on years ago, and we all loved that. -

Like many on here, they and I commented before the match thinking it will be tight and could go anyway. But unlike many on here you commented after the meeting. It's so much easier to predict how it's going to go after it's happened -

Well very happy with that result. Before the meeting was expecting a very close match with possibly an Ipswich win at the end.But all the Lynn riders seemed in determined mood to get the job done and boy did they do it.It set the tone for the match with a 5-1 in the first ht. MPT is certainly showing his liking for our track now i can't believe how fast he is around the NA and he seems to overtake for fun sometimes. There was some great racing last night especially from Toft and Jorgensen. Bit of argy bargy from the pits as well when Ipswich felt aggrieved with the Heeps incident, all added to the atmosphere though.Although Jorgensen had already got by Heeps who then fell on his own.Hope Heeps is ok and it was all precautionary.Hope he is ok to help Ipswich go and destroy Poole on Thursday. Thought it was a very good crowd last night. Onwards and upwards, and hope to see Lambert back soon and lets hope Cook will still be free to carry on his speedway duties -

I remember Ott chasing someone with a hammer once, crowd loved it. Might have been pantomime stuff but it was great -

Blimey attack seems a bit extreme if he truth be known. So i take it this is a police matter now then. Now lets just dream of the days of Norris and Ott. -

Probably only Batch,Kurtz or Holder that could probably guest but not up to Lambert's standard at the NA.Only Kurtz i would fancy but who knows if he could guest anyway. If Bomber weren't riding against us he would take it up i'm sure,he never turns away a guest booking -

If that's the case i like it.It's such a namby pamby society now. When somebody says or does something slightly out of place all hell lets loose and people want fines and bans and people to be hung drawn and quartered. It sounds like a throw back to the 80's and boy did we love it.We need controversy and bad boys in speedway that is what we are lacking imo.It may bring a few fans back ti may not but lets have more of it.How many people would come to watch Pedersen throw his toys out of the pram -

King's Lynn are really up against it this time i think.Lynn using R/R for Lambert is a massive blow. And this alone will make the match hang in the balance i think. All of Lynn's engine room has to be on it for us to get the win. Hopefully Bomber retains his current form and most other Witches follow suit. Can't see Lawson struggling like last time.Although he does retain the specialist Lynn mechanic for this one so anything can happen.Sorry Trotter -
I don't think Lynn could really ever produce racing like at the NSS.Even if it was prepared exactly the same. The NSS has wonderful banking and is so wide it's a wonderful track to have.Lynn has never been as good as the NSS,it's been good but not that good.

Who knows it might be not as bad as we think. We don't know how long he will be out for yet. After all it seemed he was contemplating riding tonight.I gather he done it in the SEC at the weekend, but he did have a couple of rides after his crash, unless he had a meeting yesterday and done it. If he is out for any length of time how about Iversen as a replacement.

Wishing R.Lambert a speedy recovery from a fractured T4+T5 vertebrae. Unsure how long he will be out with this injury but has had to pull out of the British final tonight. Hope to see him back very soon.

Well only one, unless you intend on using him when he is suppose to be riding for Wolves

In the after meeting conference he said it was over prepared for this match,or that's what he seemed to say.Incidentally i thought this match was the best i have seen him ride the track. They handed the mic to MPT after and he said he liked a grippy track, but he has learnt and had to adapt to it. Peter Shroeck then said the track is clay based so is always going to be on the grippier side. One thing i don't get though is why do people say that riders can't race a grippy track. If MPT can adapt and learn then surely the better classed riders should be able to.The last few meetings MPT has made some great moves on the track. -

I can't believe that.Ty was absolutely loving it Thursday until his e/f.Cook also said a grippy track suits how Proctor rides. -

Couldn't agree more. She's passionate about the Stars and there is nothing wrong in that. The ones ridiculing her are the ones who can never see any positives whatever happens. Incidentally i agree with Trees and thought the crowd was quite good compared to many meetings -

Exactly, anyone in business will favour the part that makes them the most money. It's crazy to want to lose money. -

It was explained after the meeting why the track was really grippy last night. And Cook also answered why some riders can get on better with a grippy track than others. It seemed quite simple really but all the same must be hard. -

He certainly is,especially in place of Bates. If Lambert scores a point that would be more than Bates would score.Although i think Lambert may find it a bit harder scoring points against a Lynn rider than he would against opposing riders that he normally faced as a Lynn rider. -

I think most people realise it's about stock cars, even Trees. But she is dedicated to speedway and credit should go to her on that.If you had the business what would you do?If Stock cars earns you so much more surely you would look after that side as much as possible. Even if he produced the best ever racing strip at the speedway, how many more people would turn up?Probably a couple of hundred at best.Look at Belle Vue best track, well what ive been to anyway and they aren't pulling in the big crowds. -

I would think it would take at least a day to relay a new track.
