Belle Vue V Coventry Friday 2nd Sep
tellboy replied to mdmc82's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Belle Vue will do well to give Zagar an extra ride.Hougaard replaces Fricke they are not using R/R like Coventry -
To be fair to Hans his average now is still well above his season's starting average.

Ellis is riding for Poole according to their website. -
Kings Lynn V Lakeside 1st Sept 2016
tellboy replied to Hornsey's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
He did,and rode the perfect race. Think we have only had a full team in a handful of matches this season. -
Hey,we won at Belle Vue last week
-
This is true 1,3 and 5 race pretty much the same opposition now in the current race format.
-
Swindon will be better, and i can see them taking a point if not more. Can't wait for our season to end, then i can go and watch Peterborough in the play-offs hopefully .
-
If you count Greaves and Perry being as competative as our normal edr's.I doubt it but you never know.Should have got Bates if they could now that would have been more competative. Harris for Masters should be but again you never know. But as edr's are pretty important in the current format,i think Lynn have been dealt another big blow in our injury hit season.
-
Surprised to see Karlsson back so soon after his injury
-
No luck at all again this season with injuries. We have had no end of problems especially getting guests at reserve for our injured riders.Hopefully a slight tweak in the edr system next season will benefit all. No disrespect to Perry and Greaves tonight but are they adequate replacements as edr's?That completely puts Lynn at a dis-advantage from the start. If there was say 1 edr then at least you can pick from the rest of the league to replace your other injured reserve.

Read properly what you are replying to,then you probably won't make yourself look silly. Edit:just seen i have wrote basically the same as SCB but don't know how to delete my post -
Not me.My teams season is nearly over.I hope Peterborough can make my speedway season last into October like the good old days
-
I know he's not a Kings Lynn rider but this sums up our season, our guest for tomorrow night Dan Bewley is now on his way to hospital.Hope this too is just precautionary. He seems to have certainly come on in the PL already this season at such a young age too.Belle Vue seem to have a very good prospect there.

Everything Peterborough have done is within the rules so i don't see any problems with anything they have done. But i feel they need to make the play offs now. But as someone mentioned to me today, what happens if Vetlanda is called off on Saturday and the re-staging is on Sunday which i'm sure it is.Bjerre would be missing the double header and Peterborough wouldn't be allowed a facility for him. That could be a serious blow to their play-off aspirations. I'm hoping Peterborough make the play-offs as it will give me a meeting or two more to watch,as my teams season has nearly come to an end already

Lincolnshire Poacher 28/8/16
tellboy replied to tellboy's topic in Grasstrack, Sidecar, Short Track and Cycle Speedway
Not sure if i can make those dates. On night-shift Friday so won't be getting up until about 1pm.Sunday i should be at Lynn watching my mate doing his amateur riding. Use to go to Wood Walton a bit,as my daughter is friends with a young girl from Norwich who use to race. She gave up about a year ago and she mainly watches her boyfriend race now. So we haven't been there since she finished racing. -
Can King's Lynn's season get any worse,it seems Rose may be missing now as he has been taken away in an ambulance at Newcastle tonight.Lets hope its precautionary and he will be fine to race on.

Coventry V Lakeside 26th August
tellboy replied to NeilWatson's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
So what i posted on another thread then Poole are favourites for the league,as their average is higher than Belle Vue's remember -
Are you allowed to re-introduce a rider that started the season for you.Unsure but there use to be a rule like that.
-
Think he flatters to deceive. So no thanks.
-
Good signing is Thomsen, has looked good in the SEC and the GP he took part in.

King's Lynn V The Wolves 25/08/16
tellboy replied to Bagpuss's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Same with Lambert,i have heard him get stick for doing wheelies and the swagger etc.People saying he's to cocky.I like a bit of showmanship. Some of those fans would never believe what went on in the 70's and 80's. -
King's Lynn V The Wolves 25/08/16

Looks like Kings Lynn has just had a bit of rain which passed Wisbech about 30 mins ago.We had about 5 minutes of lightish rain and the sun then started to shine and is much brighter now.In fact i think that would have been perfect for the track. Looking forward to tonight, think we can spring a surprise and beat those pesky Wolves but all 7 Lynn riders must be on their game.
