True, but it doesn't mean they don't get peed off with it happening. Many big companies hate wasting any sorts of monies no matter how small it is to them. -

Does a bit doesn't it.But with Sky in town covering their beloved Poole this will be on.Also with Poole looking clear favourites to beat Lynn it will be a win,win for Sky.Get a televised meeting with Poole winning. -

Buster will certainly have his work cut out if they get the rain we have had in Wisbech the past 50 mins 3.5c as well..Although the sun has popped out now and very much brighter everywhere. -

Make up your mind, first your not coming because you have to be in Exeter the following day,now your not coming because of the weather. -

It's all about money,it's what we all go to work for and I for one don't blame him.If he can earn more money in Poland/Sweden why should he ride here if he feels its to much.I don't know how much he earns but say he got £5000 from Sweden/Poland combined or he could do Poland/GB for £4000.What would you do,i know what I would do as well as 90% of the population. -
Well if King's Lynn are serious about getting into the play-offs I think they have to make changes before May 2nd.Because we will have about 1.5 points less to play with at this date and beyond.

Check the rules and regs on the SCB website. -

You better look on the SCB website and you will find the regulations(rulebook).Nothing in there suggests you can use a British PL rider with a lower average than the one he is replacing from the PL averages. So appears to be illegal. -

I totally agree with that. Regulation 17.6 on the SCB website states. The Speedway Regulations 17.6 FACILITIES a) Absent Rider (1-3) G or ARR Absent Rider (4 or 5) ARR only c) Absent Riders (both 4 and 5) ARR and G d) Absent #6 (if an EDR) G (EDR* only) e) Absent #6 (if not an EDR) G f) Absent #7 G (EDR* only) g) “No Facility” for Absent 1-5 PL G (PL MA of 6.00 or less) NB. *An EDR may guest for the same Team on a maximum of 4 occasions. Now on the EDR list it states it is in accordance with rule 17.6 from the regulations.I thought "in accordance with" meant the same as,equal to etc.Personally I see Robson not being allowed to guest as per rule 17.6 despite what is says on the EDR list. -

If they were to put him on the list he should be graded higher, like Howarth was graded higher than Worrall and Kerr even though they had higher PL averages. -

Don't think he's saying cheating because he is in hospital. The fact remains Poole can only use an EDR to replace Newman, unless he is in the 1-5 now but didn't think that was until later in the week. -

Well with the weather forecast for rain and showers this week I guess the other shower(Sky)will be pulling the plug on the live coverage anytime soon. -
That's maybe what you get when you get two evenly balanced sides.Shame the people in control couldn't make every team in the league as equally balanced as one another then you may see more people going again. There was plenty of good races, but for me being a Lynn fan race of the night was Lambert in heat 15.Sluggish out of the gate but eventually caught and passed Wozniak entering turn 3 lap 2 or 3 and then on the outside turn 4 lap 4 managed to find the drive to pip Hougaard on the line to give Lynn the 5-1 they needed for a draw. We need more evenly balanced sides in the league and then you get meetings like this. Thought the track could have done with a sprinkle of water though, absolutely covered in dust from ht1 onwards.May have been worried about the weather but to be honest it didn't look like it was threatening to much rain.

Reading the programme Wednesday it looked like some changes were ahead before Schleins injury and Batchelors delayed return. It said basically they had a plan of what to do going forward mapped out in their minds, and were working things around Troy's return. But now with Troy not meant to be returning until the middle of May and Schleins injury its back to the drawing board as they said. Middle of May according to the programme Thursday.

I think it doesn't help neither with our team not really being that competitive against the stronger sides. Its ok riding the likes of Leicester,Coventry and Swindon should be tight affairs. But when you support a team you need them to be competitive at home as 95% of fans want to see their team win.I am one of those 95%,ok I would like to see good racing too of course but primarily I want to see my team win. Even though I am a peed of with it at the moment I will be at Leicester on Saturday which should be an even affair. And only £38 for 2 adults and two U18s,bargain. -

Well with this being on Sky and having to be at work by 9.45pm I may give this a miss.Would normally go to meetings when on nights, but with Lynn so weak against the might of Poole coupled with Sky and a possible later finish I may stay at home and watch it.Am I losing my appetite for speedway,i don't know but I seem not to be so enthusiastic as I use to be. -

Just a thought looking at the Leicester line-up.Say Klindt was to get injured while being at reserve, who would be able to replace him?As he is now the lowest reserve would it be someone form the 2nd tier with an average lower than himself. Or has the BSPA not thought of this scenario and will now have to come up with another rule.I think possibly the latter.
