You need to be competitive though,whether you win leagues or cups that's the icing on the cake.When you have a team that lacks,like Lynn this season you will lose plenty on the gate.That has already shown this season with awful crowds for our first two meetings.Fans need to think we can win the matches we ride at home that will keep them coming a little while longer.But when you believe your team is going to get beat again this puts you off big time.

Agree with you totally.In all sport you should do all you can to be competitive,not just to take part.Although that's what some feel in this country now,in general that is.I can't believe some speedway fans though want to see a number 8 utilised more.This would only make the team having to use a number 8 even more weaker.If we had to use say S.Lambert as a number 8 and he had to replace Pickering until he was fit that would put me off straight away.At least with the guest situation it only weakens you slightly under normal circumstances. Edit:Reading the article it seems the UK have allowed Poland to have the Mondays as rain offs too.There was me thinking it was only Thursdays.

A very dubious call off imo,but also on the other hand maybe the pit gate has been damaged I don't know I'm not there ,neither are any on here I suspect. Lynn slow out of the blocks again with the match press release.Against your biggest enemy and we don't even know our team yet with less than 33 hrs to go.This is poor.The management should know who is fit and who isn't going to be there so get it out there for us all to see. I take it Pickering is still unfit,so that leaves us to choose a rider from Peterborough,Sheffield and Belle Vue.Is Kerr available after his concussion?If not it doesn't leave a lot for the NA.Andersen maybe,he done ok there last season. If Klindt is out maybe NKI or Basso,although Basso hasn't been great this season. Edit:Forgot about Cook or Nicholls for Pickering,although i would hazard a guess Nicholls will be riding for Wolves.We are so slow out of the blocks every other team seems to get the first choice of guests.

I do like looking at some of the stuff he writes,he/she does make me laugh.We know it's all garbage,but it is quite funny at times.

25yearfan,you have just cleared up why there were some bad refereeing decisions today.Christina Turnbull,enough said.There obviously aren't enough referee's in speedway for her to keep being employed.

Whilst KK has done ok at home,the worrying signs were there at home against Sheffield last week where he throttled off on a couple of occasions.

Surely if it's an 8 pointer that is coming in,it can only be for Fricke atm.He is the only one over an 8 average.With the team average above the 39pts.Maybe when Allen gets a new average it has to go to around 3.4pts to get an 8 pointer in. Or is there 2 changes?

You'll be lucky his average is way above any of Lynn's,and our team average is above the 39pts too

Totally agree re Howarth,should definitely have 6 rides.No disrespect to Edwards because he done what was asked of him and more today,but when the team is struggling you have to use your senior reserve more.You know Howarth has points in him and is scoring well from the main body of Sheffields team this season.4 rides for Howarth was criminal today. KK shut off into a few corners last week at the NA.Brady and Allitt need to come forward and admit the risk on KK hasn't worked.But i'm sure we will hear the same old thing in the next press release. What a mistake it has been to get my first season ticket in over thirty years.If i didn't have one i may had stayed at home Thursday and watch the football on the tv.

We will be lucky to pick up any more home wins,let alone the aggregate bonus point with the current team. None of the team has done their job bar Jorgensen imo.Even Edwards looks a bit lost at home compared to what he looked at the end of last season but he has to have his chance as he is young and inexperienced.
