-
Back on now,but 2 races missed
-
mine too,was enjoying the coverage.
-
Scroll down to pairs in the updates.
-
Don't look like many, but maybe some were put off like me with the weather forecast.
-
Me too.Thought i would give it a look.Happy with the quality.
-
Was thinking of going myself Monday for the first one, although my car has just started making some strange noises. Can only ring to get it booked Monday so that will be later in the week i assume.May have to give my better halves little baby a run out on Monday
-
It's in the speedway regulations.15 heats, one semi final and a final.Your rising star has to have one race.
-
Don't think they are way down. In,i think it was the programme the other week that they said they were happy with the attendance.I definitely read that somewhere.
-
It is done over 6 rounds.The winner of a round gets 12pts,2nd 8pts,3rd 6pts,4th 4pts,5th,2pts,6th 0pts.If I remember correctly that's how the scoring goes.

I said to my friends ht 15 will be Pickering and Lawson.I just felt after his ht 12 win over Kurtz he was really up for it.I don't think iv'e seen any emotion from Lawson before but when he won that one their was a few fist pumps from him, like he thought he himself is back to where he should be.That reason alone i felt he was ready for ht 15 as he must have been pumped up to do it.
-
You have now,oh bloody hell now I have .Sorry folks.
-
15 weren't bad neither. That gap was so small down the back straight i don't even think Victoria Beckham would have squeezed through there sideways.
-
Was on the BSPA website yesterday. BELLE VUE: Max Fricke, Brady Kurtz; IPSWICH: Jason Doyle, Danny King; KING’S LYNN: Josh Pickering, Richard Lawson; PETERBOROUGH: Michael Palm Toft, Chris Harris; SHEFFIELD: Jack Holder, Adam Ellis; WOLVERHAMPTON: Sam Masters, Ryan Douglas. plus the rising stars.

You only have to name any two from the top four in the averages for the particular month the pairs takes place. As seen only two teams have named their actual top two in the averages for this one at Peterborough.Maybe Iversen and Zagar have been given time off from their clubs for this as i would have fully expected Iversen to be riding for Lynn.
-
Someone has already quoted that Rowe rode last night in Poland. So Ipswich must have dropped him for now.
-
If those two up their averages away from home BB ,I think we could have a decent season.
-
TJ did indeed top score at Wolves, but one swallow doesn't make a summer. There has been quite a difference in his home to away average whilst riding for Lynn.I asked him at the end of the season a couple of years ago about this and he admiitted to me he has to improve his away form.I will give him his due though,he hasn't done too bad on the road this season so far,i think this 4+1 was his lowest.
-
TJ has never been that good away from home, that's the reason he wouldn't have been in my side this season. You certainly do Bagpuss,a loss of 6 or less points for the away team gains you 1 league pt.
-
Still a good point on the road, would have taken that before the meeting. As it happened even if Worrall did come in ht14 we would have still only have taken a point. We had 7 heat wins, every rider getting at least a win or paid win, apart from Thomas but he can claim the scalp of beating Kurtz into 3rd place. So all in all not a bad performance i suppose against the red hot favourites for the league.Plus i had a fiver on Lynn+14
-
Hume did score what Starke may have scored, but he replaced Rowe.Nicol scored 2+1 from 3 he replaced Starke so missing Starke probably did contribute to Ipswich not getting anything from the meeting. But it was a poor team effort from Ipswich when only your no1 and 7 score the bulk of your points at home.
-
My thoughts exactly. No disrespect to Thomas, but after Worrall gating in his previous heat and his experience get him in a heat that could have got something for us.

King's Lynn v Wolves 05/05/22
tellboy replied to Bald Bloke's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Probably if they arrived on time.Apparently they were waiting for the new bulbs for months. They were scheduled to be done before the season started, sure Buster said that at one meeting. The old ones that are in there at the moment you can't get anymore is what i heard. So every time one goes it gets darker and darker.Hoping the new led ones will give us a lot better viewing with lighting the place up,should do. -
Was it Bewley they were apparently waiting on,if so who would that have been for?
-
Not at all.But sometimes you lose the will to get your point across, especially to the ones who don't want to accept it or indeed don't understand it.As the saying goes"there's none so blind as those who will not see".This certainly rings true here so there is no point going on.
