  1. Agreed. Hopefully that will force them to put the Czechs in the qualifiers instead.
  2. Germany finished behind Latvia and France in their qualifier.
  3. Czechs Milik and Kus USA Wells and Ruml Australia Doyle and Batchelor GB Cook and Lambert Sweden Lindgren and Lindback Latvia Lebedevs and Bogdanovs Denmark Bjerre and Iversen Russia Sayfutdinov and Laguta
  4. Apparently the reserve can only take as many rides as one of the main riders. Meaning Lambert could only take 5 rides and not 1 in the first 4 heats. Still disagree with the decision, but makes more sense now.
  5. Looking at that list and the possibility of at least 3 of those being in the GP top 8 anyway, a real chance for Cookie there. Also really want him to win on Monday now as that experience in Cardiff would do him good.
  6. I'm hearing rumours of Rye making a team change for Saturday.
  7. Test Cricket is now the best thing on Sky.
  8. Certainly the only 2pter I'd have wanted is Shanes (gone now) & JPB. Obviously I can't see Zach not being part of Somerset next year. So certainly for me it's between, Danyon, Ellis, JPB and Castagna (purely because it'd remind me of watching his dad when I was a mere kid!)
  9. We have 3.05 which makes me wonder if we had the 1-6 pencilled in before the AGM and we are just getting a 2 pointer as other than two pointers, only the guys on a flat three fit. Bukhave Jacob Redcar 3.00 Castagna Michele Ipswich 3.00 Etheridge Jye Edinburgh/Redcar 3.00 Holub Zdenek Scunthorpe/Peterborough 3.00 Stachrya Dawid Berwick 3.00 ( Con Bailey Josh Scunthorpe 3.00 Greaves Nathan Sheffield 3.00 Greenwood Oliver Ipswich 3.00 Halsey Dan Peterborough 3.00 Hume Danyon Ipswich 3.00 Payne Lee Redcar 3.00 Perks Ellis Plymouth 3.00 Phillips Danny Newcastle 3.00 Ritchings Darryl Ipswich 3.00 Stokes Tom Peterborough 3.00 Wajtknecht Zach Somerset 3.00 If I am reading the averages right on the PDF from the BSPA website.
  10. http://www.speedwaygb.co/news.php?extend.31614 Shanes gone to Poole
  11. Interesting that there was no line about when the last member will be announced. Guessing we'll have to wait a while for number 7 then.
  12. I don't think we are THAT strong. Kennett could end up averaging about 7 and if Robbo & Watt fall off a cliff (entirely plausable) we are struggling.
  13. Tai really should pull out of the World Cup & rest that shoulder. Doubt he will though.
  14. FINAL: (Those in bold qualify): K.Kasprazak 14 T.Batchelor 12 J.Pavlic 12 D.North 11 E.Kennett 9 K.Bjerre 9 T.Jonasson 9 P.Kilderman 8 J.Jamrog 7 V.Milik 7 L.Sundstrom 6 K.Wolbert 5 C.Harris 4 N.Covatti 3 RESERVE 2 2 D.Gappmaier 1 V.Grobauer ® 1 J.Mesiariak 0

  16. Jamrog (Pol) started instead of Bogdanov (Lat) Harris now officially can't make top 8 with 6 heats left.
  17. After 12: K.Kasprazak 9 J.Jamrog 6 J.Pavlik 6 T.Batchelor 6 T.Jonasson 6 K.Bjerre 6 E.Kennett 5 D.North 5 P.Kilderman 4 V.Milik 4 L.Sundstrom 3 K.Wolbert 3 N.Covatti 3 RESERVE 2 2 D.Gappmaier 1 C.Harris 1 RESERVE 1 1 J.Mesiariak 0
  18. Agreed. Think it's save to say that Smolinski dealt with Nicholls there! Loktaev is flying. (almost literally down the back straight there)
