We should really be winning this, but im very sure that Neil will be keeping the boys on there toes. Ideally, we could do with 6 points from these two meetings. Which would then put us iun a decent position, and thats what the boys should be aiming for. -

Very good Steve, superb presentation. From Scott Susie Nat and the professionalium of Phil Morris Meeting co-ordinator, top draw, thats how it should be.. But i do hope Doyley is ok. -

Prices now up for the British GP. BET 365 go, 100/30 Tai, good price that. 6's Doyley 8's Bartoz Z, 8's freddie lindgren 8's bar. Others have also priced up but best price 100/30 Tai in the village, i can see him starting shorter. -

I wish they would let british clubs know where they can get this stuff. Breeden no longer have it and many tracks are struggling to get proper decent Red shale, with the right consistancy of clay, so when you ball it up in yr hand it should stay like that. Many tracks are getting the stuff that you ball it up and it just falls appart into dust. -

Phil, changing the subject slightly. Im not impressed with the Stars contrabution to what should be our flagship meeting of the season. You have 7 pages, on which 4 of those are taken up with 2 riders.. Not good mate. -
You watch it when crossing the A19 now, wouldnt want to hear you'd been run over..
-
Tero Aarnio was there trump card, and 3 of there riders posibly under performed.
-
I dont know what Gary is feeding his riders, but ours could do with some of it... Still hope they make the most of this purple patch, as they will get beat in the final.. Piratepride...
-
Agreed, we need kids to take an interest in speedway future fans, posibly future riders..
-
Im pretty sure it was complimentory,. but they still had to come in at 6.30.
-
You would like to think so FB, but again thats up to Matt and the schools. But yes, its an ideal opportunity for kids to get into speedway, its a shame there parents took them home straight after the footie.

Amasing init. Phil the Ace hd the good grace to appologise to me for what he said, for which i accepted his appology, several others have backed him up with good grace, and expressed there thoughts for me. Yet some on here still want to turn a thread like this into some sort of other form of unnessersary conversation. Its taken a lot of guts for Phil to do what he's done which i appreciate, but some just dont seem to understand what he has done and what im still going through. In short, take your needless conversations elsewhere.

If he does after last season KK will have to ride the seat off his bike.. Thats for sure. But i certainly cannot see Brady going anywhwere.

No problem, ive been through hell mate, and its not a lot of fun. I am now on drops for my ear as i have fluid caught behind my ear drum, its making my tinitus worse. ATM im sat here and my ear is roaring like hell, then changes tune to a fire bell thats not with standing the fluid on my head. That said, i go to the headway and brain injury grps, and i think im bad, believe me i have nothing in comparison to some. But i still wouldnt wish this on anybody..

Are Poole’s team changes fair?

If it means us winning the league then Matt will make more changes. If he has to.. -

All hell would have broke loose.. Funny that... -
If they tried to pull the 3 team flanker it wouldnt benifit any club..
-
Yup agreed, but you cannot go changing something like that mid season, it would make the league a bit of a farce, and all teams that still have a chance of a play off place now, would half give up by August.Yet another way for the powers to be to kill the league.
-
And thats how it should still be, nothing, should change mid season.

I think Matt has suggested a lot to try and take the sport forward, and not just for his own ends, before somebody suggests that. Thats why as ive said many times this years AGM has to be rock solid. But it has to be a collective decision, otherwise we could find speedway in this country in dire trouble. And i dont think any of us want that. We are only the fans, but no fans no speedway, but many of the promoters have to realise its there livelyhood on the line now. This year its now or never. -

If you read my posts elsewhere which clearly you havnt i am very worried about the state of british speedway to lose two PL clubs is two to many Coventry and Rye house, not withstanding Lakeside and Eastie, and as i have also said, this has to be a massive AGM this year and things need to be said and done and im sure even Matt would agree with that. No, but given the PL is not in a dire straights then i dont think Sir Alex, for example, would give two hoots about any other club, but no doubt if it was he is certainly a man who would say his twopenethworth im very sure. Matt ford is a speedway fan first and formost, he is also a businessman but he runs his club how he's see fit, and 9 times out of 10 he's always two steps ahead of everybody else when it comes to signing riders. No it was not some sort of veiled threat to you or anybody else, but there are some on here who are pushing the boundries a little close to the mark. Now, as i said, Matt does not read this forum nor any other, he doesnt do social media nor i doubt he will start, but i know there are people that do.. As i said, its not what you say its how you say it.. People can say whay they like about Matt, within reason, but no one can take away the fact he's a dam good promoter and 99.9% of poole fans are right behind him to stay at poole as our promoter.
