  1. Nice one Kelv. 'Lewis is sharp away from the tart' Thought my ears were deceiving me
  2. Ruddy 'eck Tobiasz, I'm warming to this guy. 2 lasts, replaced by a reserve and then pops up with a paid win when it was needed most. Well done son. well done. Fantastyczny. Beowulf, what's Polish for 'I like this track?' Lubię ten utwór, apparently A Brimful of PK and he's 45.
  3. If Pedersen had gone through with it he'd have been hanging off the East Park bandstand. When the owd mon decides the time has come the sport will be poorer for it. And I've always been told that Adams knows the rule book inside out.
  4. Personally I'd want an announcer who knows his stuff and is able to connect with the terraces. If he's 21, fine. If he's 75, also fine. But what does one do when the 75 year old bucks the kicket? Sooner or later they'll run out of living options.
  5. I was alluding to the fact that he's beginning to spake like a local, bit of a way to go until PK standard though
  6. When PK finally chucks the towel in at least we have a new Black Country Swede in training. 'Thanks Jacob' 'Thanks mate'.
  7. Good idea. Only trouble is you'd have certain teams inventing 'injuries' during meetings to riders who've scored 1 from 3.
  8. Which is what I put on updates at the time last night. The bloke is a plank.
  9. Not according to Pearson & Tatum 'The Elite League is quality in 2015'.
  10. The weather decision was correct as evidenced by what came after 7.30. What's unacceptable, after all this time, is we're still having to put up with uncovered tracks. It appears that promoters would rather inconvenience the supporters than make maximum effort to get meetings on.
  11. Oh it's heavily revised alright. Unfortunately the result is odds on to be the same
  12. Wolves were this morning confirmed as a non play-off team.
  13. Not to worry, there'll be some bumper crowds.
  14. Been a bit busy, caught up with this johnny come lately. Initial reactions : You guys don't have a lot of luck Never mind wanting a statement from Ladbrokes, it's their business so up to them if they want to keep it confidential. Ask Pearson, he knows the real reason but based on the radio interview, doesn't appear to be letting on. Ladbrokes are in trouble, share price has tumbled recently & CEO is under big pressure to sort it out so this has got to be about money. It's a big leap but worst case scenario could be Ladbrokes are 'doing a Sandhu' in which case we're in the sugar as well.
  15. I guess it's up to the new faces to kick the old ones out. Disappointing if you like a change but that's hardly Harris's fault. They had their chance and didn't take it.
  16. I suspect that whatever ban he gets, 'time already served' before the ban is announced will be taken off.
  17. She should have give the knob a good slap. Not on.
  18. Mitigating circumstances my ar$e. Middleditch sir you are an embarrassment. So the lad has had bad news. Even if, hopefully not, it's a bereavement, that's no excuse for turning up too pi$$ed to ride. If you need to hit the pop to help you get over it, pull out of the meeting. Ronnie Correy did the same at the fours some years ago and he was a knob as well. 'Sorry officer I know I'm too pi$$ed to drive but I've had some bad news' 'Tough luck sonny, you're nicked'. The only thing that 'should come out in the next few days' Neil is your resignation.
  19. A supreme talent intent on chucking it all away. Daft bugger.
