Did anyone count how many times Tatum said "I'll tell you what" . By the way, someone should tell them that there are 4 riders in every race - one wins it, one comes second, the next in third place and the other rider finishes fourth - not necessariy "trailing at the back". They even said it last night when Matej Zagar had a puncture! Grrrr! Change the mantra, for goodness sake!

Really enjoyed this meeting. Am I right in that only one rider won from Gate 4 all night - and that was Kenneth Bjerre in Heat 13? It seemed as though if you were on the outside gate, you were doomed!

Agree. The sound was too loud - impossible to speak to anyone and the sound was so distorted, couldn't hear a single word that was said. Worse I've ever known in all the years from 2001! Spoilt the whole thing for us!

You could call it divine intervention, BFD - it was a puncture! Nicki mentioned it in his interview at the end.

Not at all surprised to hear this. Russia is also affected by the recession. As you say Trees, a blow to some of the foreign riders, who caught the gravy train!

I thought Eastbourne, Arena Essex, Belle Vue, Wolverhampton were all technical tracks. Peterborough and Swindon are the only two huge sweeping tracks in the EL, with Poole and Coventry "medium sized"! What about Somerset and Sheffield, to name two huge sweeping tracks...in the PL.
