Is this the 2nd Premier match to be shown this season? Thought I had read somewhere that Scunhorpe, Ipswich or Somerset had a match due on Sky or was that last season.

In this weeks Speedway Star it says in the report on the Kurri Cobras 55 Nepean Mumbies 35 match that in the final team match of the winter season Queenslander Tyson Nelson failed to arrive for the Nepean side. Lets hope he turns up for the Rockets.

Perhaps len is looking at using Morley/Sargent as 3pt reserve. Would leave us 2.5 / 3pts spare for Bowen to drop back in when he is fit. Crazy thought really or is it?

Enjoyed the meeting last night.A bit worried when Dyer and Aspergen shot out the gates in their 1st rides.Lucky that Fisher didn't seem up for it. Seemed that the Rye riders wanted it more than the Bandits. Unusual to see Rye ride so well in the wet.

If Garrity had clutch problems why did we take Ben out of Heat 14? Surely it would have made more sense to bring bunyan in forGarrity. It nearly cost us a point. Some great action last night.The track looked good after such a hot day with again NO dust issues well done Len.

Perhaps the Panthers can be bring in a couple of Lakeside riders, say Robbo and the Mear Cat. Now that would make it ieven more nteresting

Rye at Workington/Glasgow 26/27 July, at Edinburgh/Berwick/Newcastle 3/4/5 August, at Leicester 11 August according to local mercury today.

Good chance for Rye to use one of the weekends up on the Scottish Tour.

Lets hope that this year Len can get enough fans through the gate to see the Raiders. Have seen some cracking Raiders meetings in the past ( some bad ones as well ) but last years admission prices of £12 were too high and has put people off going, shame because at times the level of racing is very good.

Yes it has been scrapped. Breaks EU rules I believe. Can't believe Len has wasted pts again. Wonder if Boxall was in his thoughts before the 2.5% reduction was removed at the AGM. I see that Somerset have announced no increase in prices, still £14. .

I think the prices are too high at the moment, has put alot of fans of this season. Put the prices up again and he will lose more fans winning team or not.
