Have to agree with Chris. Those who attended the Pair Of Aces meeting would've seen the healthy crowd for a nothing meeting. With an exciting winning side, the right promotion and a more up to date meeting presentation I'm sure the fans will return.

I can see a loophole regarding the "protected" heat 4. What if, for example, the number 7 has a fall, not excluded and isn't able to take his place in the rerun, but isn't signed off. Do his side go with one rider, or does the number 6 replace him? In the PL?

Regarding the track, Rye House used to be a place where no away team enjoyed to visit. Now it's more or less help yourself. It's not just the track, it's the standard of the home riders. Edinburgh seem to be pretty decent away, so you can't put it all down to home advantage.
