Everybody has their own opinion, and my VERY strong opinion is that leaving Lee out is mindless.
Of course we will get behind the riders when the time comes.
Sorry, but leaving Richardson out is huge mistake. I know he had a dreadful world cup last year, but that apart, he has been solid when riding for team GB.
What is this guy thinking of?
My original team:
Crump.
Hancock.
Andersen.
Lindgren.
Wild card.
Major surgery is now required:
1) Pedersen........60,000
2) Crump............50,000....Captain.
7) Jonsson.........35,000
15) Sayfutdinov....25,000
16) Wild card........20,000
Total.....90,000.
Leigh Adams obviously took the safe option. The track in the later stages, looked like a cross between the Gobi desert and the Grand Canyon.....and it wasn't much better in the earlier stages.
Nicki was robbed, IMO. The russian was amazing tonight, but he really should have been excluded, he clearly turned into Nicki, probably looking for the cut back....but he ran into Nicki, and was very lucky the decision went his way.
Neither of these two are good enough for the GP series, and their appearances in it should be restricted to Cardiff as wild cards. Imo.
It's ridiculous that a rider like Holder is ignored to make way for these serial failures.
I can understand why so many Polish fans are coming on here defending Gollob, but that facts have to be faced, he is good enough to be world champion....but he does not have the temperment to match his skill, and that's why he will never make it to the very top.
And that 's from someone that loves to watch him race!
Lol! No bias there then! Gollob is a hothead, and always has been, and that is why he did not make the final tonight.
The ref. was spot on with his decision, so get over it.
Swindon fans know that Richardson can overtake, but there are those that keep slinging mud at him on this subject....and throw enough mud, and some will stick.
Mind you, he did not do himself any favours in the world cup.....he was beyond dreadful.
Not for the first time, a rider dominates in his first five rides...but the sixth is a ride too far.
How many times have we seen this? and not just in the GP series, but in other meetings as well.
How many riders in the GPs, have actually managed to get seven wins out of seven?
