  1. That really depends on what entertains you, some are entertained by the racing some by winning. Eurosport showed races from Brum all night then neglect to show heat 15 and the super heat, you can always rely on Eurosport to let you down. They really should have been at Brum tonight. As for Leicester, as solid a display as it was, still only 1 rider returning double figures, when they come up against teams with 2 decent heat leaders they're going to continue to come unstuck in my opinion
  2. I know he used to, not sure if he still does? Looks similar to the protection Lee Complin used to use
  3. Abi even praising him for his solo commentary as if last year never happened
  4. Does Chris Harris wear a barrel under his race suit?
  5. Thanks for your positive review... check @Neila out... you'll love him!
  6. You moan more than an old "lady of the night"
  7. Or neither and just getting the flip on with it for the fans that have paid £22 to watch an empty track
  8. What about 500cc bikes with no brakes?
  9. Blimey! Don't Leicester look nice from that high shot!!!
  10. What if a load of stuff... you can't run life on what ifs or you'd do nothing. Connor Mountain has also said the track was the best it had been after it was worked on. https://x.com/TheAces/status/1795109513407660181?s=19
  11. That's the trouble when you make ill informed comments based on what you see on socials... you'll be wanting brakes fitted to the bikes next! The track was in pretty good nick for heat 1, considering, the rain they had before heat 2 killed it and they shouldn't really have run the next 3. The track staff (seemingly just Andy Meredith) worked a miracle on it after heat 10 and it was the best it had been all day. This should either never have started, been called before heat 2, called just after heat 10 but it should never have been called after they did all that work to the track.
  12. The sport? If medical officers are now allowed to call meetings off, then yes I'm afraid it probably is
  13. That was the ref getting it wrong... just like he did in heat 4, no transponders needed, just eyes
  14. This was a complete shambles from start to finish, from the late preview on the website to the non appearance of Kurtz and everything that happened at the stadium... worst event since opening night!
  15. Another first! First time I've been to a match called off by the St John's Ambulance Brigade!
  16. Bikes warming up... Track is clear... Ref and manages still faffing about... Why aren't the riders lining up at the start?
  17. I was always under the impression that the referee controls the meeting at the "advice" of the home promotion. So if they want a drawn out meeting to boost burger sales etc. That's what they get... who knows though? The ref is (Sheffield's) Dave Watters... back to the sin bin for him!
  18. I can't help but think that if this match was against any other team than Sheffield it would probably have been called an hour ago
  19. Doesn't matter what time you start them as long as you start them on time and get the meeting moving along once you do with the threat of rain around... none of this happened
