  1. I notice that the cubs are riding in the 2nd half of a double header on Sunday the 5th of June against Berwick... I wonder if the promotion will be making the great gesture of not charging those that want to watch the senior team extra money when they have no interest in the cubs, unlike last season
  2. I was literally behind you then... probably let you in, in front of me... like civilised people
  3. I randomly switched Sky Sports on a few years ago and was staggered to hear him commentating on some other motor sport... may have been the Race of Champions or something like that Sam Ermolenko... the Stanley Unwin of Speedway
  4. On the way out, nobody was in a rush to pay their pound on the way in
  5. Sam Ermolenko should be given his own show! An hour long analysis show... comedy gold
  6. Jesper B( Bruun) Monberg, Tom P (Paarup) Madsen parp
  7. Hans Nørgaard Andersen... but he dropped the Nørgaard
  8. Philip Hellström Bängs, don't know whether this is double barrelled in the same way as British names are
  9. Not if you're not a queue jumper it wasn't, saw one moron in front of me in a great big black Ford Ranger (I think) almost get into a road rage incident as he barged his way into the queue instead of joining the back... he must have a very small penis
  10. I thought Leicester were the new Exeter with our bumps
  11. So, what do you think to Plymouth Speedway on your first visit Alun? "It's better than no Speedway"
  12. "Scott Nicholls is in two man's land" Brilliant!
  13. I think Alun Rossiter is the British Sam Ermolenko
  14. Good to see a stand named after Colin Hill... not enough stands in speedway named after the sports personalities (Belle Vue!)
  15. Rob Lyon just been on the PA to apologise to the fans... at last
  16. Bad luck apparently, that's what it was at Belle Vue... i wonder what Lyon will come up with tonight
  17. Agreed... but i also think that when somebody responsible does take the time and trouble to come on here to explain what has actually happened they should be applauded for doing so. The special one has apologised over the PA and the track man has explained the reasons for the poor track. I can't see that there's a great deal else to be said on the events of last night
  18. Calm down lads... it was only a crap track mainly made so by the weather... it doesn't really matter who's said what to who on what. The racing has generally been excellent so far this year and hopefully it will be again when the Lions are back on track
  19. Same here... it's been bumpy all year but has certainly produced some fantastic speedway, last night for whatever reason most of the riders just didn't seem up for racing
  20. Hmm... Troy Batchelor was in town, the only rider I saw get into any trouble was Josh MacDonald and he was coming back from injury too soon anyway and made a pigs ear of turn 3, other than that as a fan watching from the outside I couldn't have said there was anything wrong with the track... strange one
  21. Well, I think you've done a grand job so far this season...not quite sure what went wrong last night as the riders didn't seem to be getting into any great difficulty, as far as I could tell some were lifting coming out of the turns but that's about it. For whatever reason the riders didn't seem up for it, hence the strung out "racing"
