  1. Hans Nørgaard Andersen... but he dropped the Nørgaard
  2. Philip Hellström Bängs, don't know whether this is double barrelled in the same way as British names are
  3. Not if you're not a queue jumper it wasn't, saw one moron in front of me in a great big black Ford Ranger (I think) almost get into a road rage incident as he barged his way into the queue instead of joining the back... he must have a very small penis
  4. I thought Leicester were the new Exeter with our bumps
  5. So, what do you think to Plymouth Speedway on your first visit Alun? "It's better than no Speedway"
  6. "Scott Nicholls is in two man's land" Brilliant!
  7. I think Alun Rossiter is the British Sam Ermolenko
  8. Good to see a stand named after Colin Hill... not enough stands in speedway named after the sports personalities (Belle Vue!)
  9. Rob Lyon just been on the PA to apologise to the fans... at last
  10. Bad luck apparently, that's what it was at Belle Vue... i wonder what Lyon will come up with tonight
  11. Agreed... but i also think that when somebody responsible does take the time and trouble to come on here to explain what has actually happened they should be applauded for doing so. The special one has apologised over the PA and the track man has explained the reasons for the poor track. I can't see that there's a great deal else to be said on the events of last night
  12. Calm down lads... it was only a crap track mainly made so by the weather... it doesn't really matter who's said what to who on what. The racing has generally been excellent so far this year and hopefully it will be again when the Lions are back on track
  13. Same here... it's been bumpy all year but has certainly produced some fantastic speedway, last night for whatever reason most of the riders just didn't seem up for racing
  14. Hmm... Troy Batchelor was in town, the only rider I saw get into any trouble was Josh MacDonald and he was coming back from injury too soon anyway and made a pigs ear of turn 3, other than that as a fan watching from the outside I couldn't have said there was anything wrong with the track... strange one
  15. Well, I think you've done a grand job so far this season...not quite sure what went wrong last night as the riders didn't seem to be getting into any great difficulty, as far as I could tell some were lifting coming out of the turns but that's about it. For whatever reason the riders didn't seem up for it, hence the strung out "racing"
  16. I think half a billion people have been affected by it...
  17. I wonder why they chose to do it mid-week, mid-season and not pre-season? Especially as the holes in the track were there for the whole of last season
  18. It was back to the bad old days tonight... with the tractor racing only interrupted by those pesky speedway bikes now and again
  19. Fair play, the special one has just been on the PA to apologise for the track conditions... instead of sending the tractor out again perhaps he should go out onto the track with a spade and put the holes back where they were
  20. 7:30pm: 4 minutes of speedway racing, 26 minutes of tractor racing
  21. Oh dear, 2 races down on our new super smooth track, no home race winners and tractor grading already! ... and dust
  22. I've heard there's a bit of a bug going around...
  23. Nicki Pedersen is a bugger for this... it's first or nothing for him
