Seems a wrong time to post this topic with Birmingham having trouble but Belle Vue have today submitted the planning permission for approval for the Belle Vue Sports Village which includes a new home for the Belle Vue Aces, thats another step closer to our dream of a new stadium.

bit early in the morning to be drinking.

He also tweeted people will be surprised with 1 of his sides, so either B Vue or Edinburgh miss out.

What a Champ, massive big congrats to Tai and as you said your Dad would be looking down on you tonight, and he will be so proud of his son. I got a big lump in my throat when you gave your Mum a hug.
-
Gutsy performance from A guy determined to achieve his goal, we are all proud of you Tai, you can do it.
-
Tai rides like L Adams, smooth and stylish, IMHO Tai will achieve the 1 thing the great L Adams couldn't.
-
We also had some silly looking stuff in our younger days, like it or not Tattoo's or Body Art as they like to call it, are far more fashionable now than when we were in our young days, we should never judge a book by it's cover. Tai has looks smooth fast and totally in control of his bike, that's what really matters and if he does manage to lift the crown this year or next, his Dad will be looking down and feeling so proud of his success. Keep it going Tai, we are all rooting for you.

Why should he apologize, Barkers got a mouth bigger than the Thames estuary and had it coming. -

World Cup Race Off - 18th July 2013
hyderd replied to LagutaRacingFan's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Have to agree with the majority on here tonight, team GB needs a big shake up. Out should go Midlo, and all the over the hill riders, I'v never been a fan of Rosco but he does wear his colours close to his heart. Tai could and should lead a team of young Brits and bond them all into great chums who love to race have fun but more importantly have the winning attitude, then in 3 or 4 years time we could/might have a bunch of riders who ride as a team and have fun doing it especially when they all stand on the victors podium together. Tai Woffy Richie Worrell Ashley Birks Adam Ellis Kyle Howarth Jason Garity All riders for the future who with the right guidance and backing can start to turn the corner for team GB. -

I would of thought riding for your Country would be something to be proud of, expenses IMHO should be the only cost to any nation in any sport to the sportsmen and women who are honored enough to wear their country's colours. -

Could someone please inform me why S Nichols is not in the team, I'm guessing its a personal choice thing. -
Gorzow Gp Saturday 15th June 2013

I think you are missing the point, N P always drops his bike when any contact is made if he is in a bad place and he can claim 1st bend bunching, if he had of been contesting the lead he would definitely of stayed on his bike, at no point has Niki blamed his broken wrist. -

Excellent performance tonight by Tai, the courage and grit he showed tonight is something his Father would be very proud of. -
Well done Tai, the tear in your eye's when talking about your Dad after you won the final was shared by all British speedway fans. Now go on and take the title of your mate Holder.
-
Tai's riding great and deserved his final in Poland and his semi last night, would love to know though why he looked so quick in all his heats at both tracks up to his final in Poland and his semi last night, where on both these occasions looked slow.

I remember as I young boy my uncle Terry coming round to my house and telling my Mum that my favorite rider had been tragically killed in a racing incident, Peter Craven was that rider, strangely his initials represent my post 70's favorite rider. Peter Craven lives in my memory for ever.

Chris Holder World Champion
hyderd replied to T.N.T.'s topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
the Trophy went to the right guy, well done Chris Holder. -
Both riders deserve it this season and as both are very good gaters heat 13 will be crucial, but lets not forget that the other 14 riders are all spoilers and can take points of them but for me C Holder will just edge it.
