  8. The problem with media is that Speedway isnt a clean sport, as fotball, track and field etc, speedway has a bad attitude to people in general, they say they are just going around in circles and that the guy who traps best wins... They dont see the or understanding the relative simple rules in speedway. Speedway is as a orgasm!!! plenty of speed, close racing that send chivers down the neck, riders who not gets on with each other, teamriding, explosive; a heat is 1 minut and four riders without brakes are going for the win!!! oohhh, ahhhh!!! Just so wonderful! I belive strong that the persons who has the power of what to show on sports tv are thinking of their personal intrests and show, fotball, fotball and even more fotboll, and some track and field, and so on,..... Horrendous. / Mikael

  12. Both Eklöf and Forsberg can bee seen on Tv4+, I have linked to the site before here in another thread.
  13. As always Posa first and Stefan second. Posa is a living legend, nearly 60 years old and are doing the business still on the track.
  14. Billy Forsberg is born: 1988-05-13. I rate Billy little higher than Eklöf, but I hope Eklöf will go places in 2007.
  15. Anders, I think you forgot two young boys in Henkas son Simon Gustafsson and Jonas Messing. I know Jonas did race much alot due to bad arminjury sustained at Galgberget in Visby. I must namne this boys to: Robin Bergqvist, Linus Sundström, Dan Kjellberg and Pontus Sundström.. Keep an eye on this kids.
  16. A short Tv clip from Östersund: http://www.op.se/parser.php?level1=2&level2=6&id=733584
  17. http://www.ericsracing.com/frame.php?sprakID=1&menyID=7 I think the info you need is all there. Mikael
  18. Sad for the sport, it needs contunity. Danish Speedway has for long been on the slope and has been that since the days of Erik G, Jan O, Tommy K and Hans N just to name a few. 4 team matches is not good, but then I speak with Sweden in mind were we often enjoys brilliant 2 team matches. 4 team matches do we race on 80cc and some Junior 500 meetings but not in Division 1, Allsvenskan nor Elitserien. The tense, the athmosphere will never reach the same as in Elitserien, Allsvenskan or Division 1. I dont have a solution, but I belive in contunity, a match between two teams must have a test period of 2 - 4 years to reach a conclusion. / Mikael
  19. Thanks alot Manchester Paul for two useful links.
  20. It dosent looking to good for Bygdoszcz. The riders that are left to bring in are on their way down in their careers.
  21. Yes they have, but now the fence has been taken off, a new one is being erected so therefore and if they hadnt changed the fence it was not likely to go off anyway due to financial reasons.. The track yesterday here in Eskilstuna
