It is not only Smederna were the attendance has dropped. I think Masarna has the worst drop. But times are so, it has been raising and raising in attendance figures over the years now in Sweden and I think it is just normal that it dips. I hope it dosent dip to much though.. Iam pretty pleased if Smederna is having 2500 - 3000 peoples each match, with an odd bigger attendance. Smederna has dropped in attendances since they moved out in the woods outside Eskilstuna with bustransfers on elitematches only. At the old track which was central people could walk or take the cycle..

The situation is not as worse as the word says. Smederna has recived well over 800.000 Kr from sponsors and from people like you and me. Smederna has a tight budget which they will follow which is right for Smederna. The riders today are demanding way to much in money from the clubs. Heard that Scott Nicholls demanded 950.000:- skr + signinging on bonus, which is awful lot of money. On Jan 1 all clubs in the eliterien must have pay their debts to riders and officials. The swedish motorfederation (SVEMO) will follow this very closely. All clubs in the elite are forced to send in rapports on their budgets. In 2010 all eliteclubs must show up a positive capital, otherwise they will be kicked out of the elite. Smederna has laying their cards on the table which is strong to do, I are really sure that other clubs in elitserien have moneydifficultuies but they are not saying a word about it. Morten Risager demand 15.000:- skr just to come to Eskilstuna from denmark, which also is ridicoulus money. Iam proud of Smederna who are staying strict to the budget and not spending silly money what they dosent got on highpaid riders. As for the GP, Its are going ahead as planned what I know. Smederna 2007 looks like this so far: 1. Wieslaw Jagus 2. Krzystof Buzcowski 3. Rory Schlein 4. Andre Compton 5. Krystof Kazpzak 6. Erik Andersson 7. Linus Eklöf As for Hamill he had a really good contract with Smederna with free apartment here in Eskilstuna where the Hamill family lived, free car, free mechanic and a fast sum of money per meeting. I know that Hamill wasnt offered the same for next year.

Andre Compton has today signed a contract with Swedish club Smederna from Eskilstuna. Iam grateful for that as Andre is a racer. www.smederna.nu

Since I saw Emil for the first time id fell n love in his riding style and so on. And have talked to some people about Emil, as early in april 2006. I are sad beacause Emil are something very rare! And then I heard he has signed for Masarna my heart went black and dead.

Yes Masarna is in debt.. The chairman has left his place and it is more or less chaos in Avesta. Both Leigh Adams and Fredrik Lindgren is not expected to stay. The rumour says that Adams will head for Bajen and Fredrik Lindgren to Luxo Stars. First was it Smederna who had debts or they do have it now also but not the same as for one month ago. Smederna has recieved 800.000:- Swedish Crowns in less than a month from sponsors and new memberships in Smederna + private sponsors. Smedernas total debt was 2,1 million SEK but are now down on: 1.3 million. Smederna went out to all members in Smederna first and told the news about the situation and the next day it was out in Eskilstunas localpapers. Smederna have played their cards open to Sponsors, members etc which was the right thing to do. I belive the situation at Masarna is worse as the club has not shoved their cards open for sponsors and etc.... And then the Chairman of Masarna left his place I can only belive that it is quite bad for Masarna. I do belive more Swedish elite clubs soon will follow as they has to shove that they hasnt any debts to riders, members in the club before 1st January 2007. The only clubs who are going OK is what I assume: Luxo Stars and VMS Elit. Sorry for my bad english

Heard that the swedish motor federation (SVEMO) and BSPA had an agreement that the swedish final was numero one and not the english elite league. Maybe its a false rumour? It has been written in one of the newspapers over here in Sweden som maybe its not false?? The attendance was 8000 tonight but yesterday it was 9000 at the Vetlanda Stadium.

Thomas H is a class act, this is his second year on a 500cc and has taken huge steps in his riding. Thomas has a real winnerhead and never ever gives up, he wants sometimes to much and are sometimes causing crashes but Iam quite sure he will cool down and be a real star.

Jason Crump, Bjarne Pedersen and the polish flying meatball Pawel Hlib WILL STAY IN SWEDEN for the final which will be restaged tomorrow at cet 19:00..

September 28 are the reserved day for both finals so it should go ahead tommorrow? If the meeting goes ahed tommorow VMS Elit will not suffer so badly as Västervik will. VMS can replace Crump and Richardson with Peter Ljung, Tomasz Jedrzejak or Mattias Nilsson. Västervik has Robert Johansson, Tomasz Chrzanowski and Robert Miskowiak. But I personally hope that they will find another date for the final so it will be a real final with the teams as was due to fight it out today.
