  1. Well not ideal how this has all gone down. But with the amount Holder Slags off Speedway over here and his performances this season, hardly a shock. Batch I cant comment on as I've not really heard him say much or seen how hes riding this year.
  2. Ok genius... People are saying he shouldn't ever be in the team. Clearly if we want ANY success in the next few years we should be trying to find a solution. And he did want to ride last weekend. You were one of those saying he shouldnt right? There was a good reason. There were a few in fact. Similar to the reasons Scotty, Rico and others walked away.
  3. HOW some people still questioning whether or not Woffinden should be back in the team is beyond me. Let us not forget the team was Going to be Cook and Lambert this weekend. Thankfully Stevie W came in and scored some points!
  4. Last years result was purely down to Tai. This year was purely down to the fact Event 1 was stupidly easy.
  5. But where do the injury come from? Did h have an accident recently?
  6. Cool fingers crossed he's back to pre SWC form in time for he GP challenge
  7. I'm 100% not accusing Cookie of anything Just wondering why he's gone awol post Cardiff I'm a fan of his
  8. Still wrong Bozo back to school for you. Well done! Anyway that's the last time you get acknowledged GB Oh dear. Egg on your face Rosco
  9. Lol Well you've got that wrong and managed to make yourself look the fool Well done sir
  10. Poland are good a speedway dude we get it Move on
  11. Is Cookie actually injured or just having a meltdown?
  12. They should be beating those 2 Germans tho...
  13. Oh man it's tough enough loosing to Germany at football but this too
  14. Been a few good races so far Emil entertaining as ever So much doom and gloom on here!
  15. opening round should be at NSS. British Speedway is the best set up at that time of year
  16. Why cant it be flexible? He always said he could be back for 2018. We got embarrassed in the SWC this year, building for next year we could start with the world games.
  17. It would if Tai was riding thats my main point... Chris I understand where you are coming from, I dont agree but see why you would think that. But what is the up side to Bewley and Lambert going there and getting beaten out of sight. Will just crush their confidence.
  18. Id give up SCB they want to somehow try and prove that there was a crap crowd and SGP is on decline. Sad really.
  19. TWO different scenarios. He was never riding in the World Cup this year. we knew that 12 months ago. The World Games was at his home track. He offered to ride and the BSPA inquired about his availability. They should have picked him as it would have benefitted other GB boys watching Tai at close quarters. He could have helped them all and was willing to do so. After the performance in the SWC Final I'd argue it'd be an even smarter mover to include Tai in this World Games squad as the boys clearly need some advice/help. I never said (or if I did apologies never meant) to say one was more beneficial than the other. He was NEVER riding in the SWC this year. The World Games was a VERY SEPARATE issue. Tai wanted to ride, Wroclaw wanted him to ride, BSPA almost wanted him to ride. It's madness in my oinion he isnt.
  20. I just dont see how Saturday can be viewed as anything other than a complete success. Big Crowd, great atmosphere, sublime racing. No home victory but only ever been one in 17 years!
  21. You make some good points, but as SCB said, the crowd level didnt fall. Cardiff has always been a great crowd and well supported, through many baron years of Brit Riders scrapping merely to stay in the competition. It's Been somewhere between 40-45k since 2001. My guess is in 2018 it'll be about the same...
  22. Ah come on that's all part of the fun! Buy ear plugs!
