  1. I spoke to one of plymouths management at Taunton races yesterday , I think they've got a very good side, top 6 material for sure
  2. Personally I think Branford and Wilson dean were outclassed by Ellis but better than the rest in the nl 2015. However in brads case I think he will do well to attain about 4.5 average which is Obv a drop on the starting figure. Fair play to any side for having the balls to give him a go on a 5, he's a real trier mind Zach w isn't far behind him and starts 2 points less, I think he will push his up
  3. i know nothing about this years team but last year jacobs was muted to be replacing spiller after daniel attained his average, i imagine it wasnt high enough for that too occur.
  4. That looks a good home side at the very least, from the limited times I saw him at rye in his pomp robbo was tremendous
  5. Could old pk be in covs plans if he isn't at the wolves? On the downgrade yes but 5.5 odd average gives scope for a good rider to lead the side of you can dig one up
  6. will anybody take a chance on wilson dean on a 5? ellis is 4.79 and hes miles better than brad tbph.
  7. I couldn't have dugard riding in the main 1-5, I think he would score next to nothing
  8. Friday- the worst day of the week to travel. Speedway- dead in the water
  9. Perhaps if coventry got their fixtures over in good time and not 2 weeks or more after the play off gold cup semi and finals then a, they might have been in them and b, one of the away sides might have tried more than a yard on sunday. i knew weds night that eastbourne werent going to try a leg and tbh if it gives them leg room for next year i dont blame them one jot
  10. Well done both sides in a rain affected final
  11. Eastbourne will be the biggest non triers of the entire season,58-32 to cov with averages a tumbling for the budgie boys
  12. As long as it keeps the majority of fetid under performing foreign rammel out its got to be a forward step. Wilson deans done a full year of commuted nat league speedway as has wacjnezcht , tho they are foreign they should meet the criteria really. They are no better or worse than Branford clegg etc Commited ffs
  13. Steve will have an overstocked net by fri lunchtime at this rate ffs
  14. Irrespective of the complete balls up last night the national league needs cradley and their travelling fans in it
  15. Sounds a bit of a disaster , hopefully all riders are OK for the second leg
  16. Hard to argue than on that average hans is a capable rider, good signing from ford tbh , no poncing about just got the man he wanted
  17. 51-39 to cradley would make it a good return
  18. Well done the Monarchs , piss poor from the tigers on the night tbf tho
  19. I also think that certain tracks have better atmospheres than others irrespective of the league. Although an infrequent visitor I love my odd trip to monmore green, I liked Queensway meadows but I wouldn't give you tuppence to go to blunsdon . This year my adopted team Eastbourne dropped 2 leagues and although I've only been to about 7 home and 3 away I've thoroughly enjoyed the enthusiasm in the side albeit in the bottom league I just don't really get this draft thing, way too much of a gulf in class amongst the young lads too I also think that certain tracks have better atmospheres than others irrespective of the league. 20. To my mind brum were a million to one in the cup when zach w got hurt. Cradley look to be a strongish side, depends how far clear they are after leg 1
  21. I'm in the minority thinking this will be tight over the 2 legs then.
  22. I like hunters style in the 3 times I saw him, he's a must for rye. Tricky if Hume and Alfie bow are in the 7 tho as one of them would be at n2 or 4 if all 3 are back
