  1. Wolves are doing just enough, fantastic effort from Belle Vue but they are coming up short.
  2. Tactical ride didn't quite work our for wolves there but they are doing the job by ticking races off the race card and still have an eight point lead.
  3. Cook on fantastic form, big race coming up if Adams decides to use the tactical ride.
  4. Young Jacobs has turned his form around since Monday, if he`s in this kind of form all night Lemon needs to make full use of him.
  5. Decent start from Belle Vue but still many points to recover.
  6. I hope your right, the early heats are crucial for Belle Vue if they are to make any kind of come back.
  7. That`s an incredible amount to be raised from the fans trust, I think its been something that has been up and running for a couple of seasons now and its obviously working, maybe its something other clubs from all three leagues could look at doing.
  8. Fantastic news for Edinburgh and for the PL especially after yesterday's news on Plymouth. It also allows us to scrub another rumour off the Berwick takeover list, so good news all round.
  9. If Belle Vue do pull this off it will make for dramatic tele but I cant see it as surely Wolves wont be as bad at the NSS as Belle Vue were at Monmore the other night. The Aces need to hit Wolves hard in the first half of the meeting a claw back the majority of the points, do that and survive the tactical ride and its game on, but I think Wolves have in Lindgren, Woffinden and Masters the riders to get the job done, and a team manager with the know how to get the best out of his team.
  10. "Relying on guests and unable to assemble a compeditive team", haven't Leicester been doing that for most of the season.
  11. There should be a pre-AGM meeting coming up in the next couple of weeks or so, to discuss the agenda for the AGM so we might get a few clues about any rule changes after that.
  12. Masters promoted to the starting line up. peedwayGP ‏@SpeedwayGP 14m14 minutes ago Aussie star @Sam_masters33 has been promoted into the #AusSGP starting line-up to replace the injured @Jasondoyle43. http://www.speedwaygp.com/news/article/5297/masters-gets-melbourne-
  13. After the news on Plymouth today we are all keeping our fingers crossed, though I do believe there will be good news and Berwick will race in 2017.
  14. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, Zagar had won Ht1 so you can understand Lemon putting the tactical ride on his No1, true cook was off the best gate and went on to win the race but surely Zagar should've been capable of getting among the points even if it wasn't a heat win.
  15. Season over for Berge. Dimitri Bergé ‏@DimitriBerge 13m13 minutes ago Just out of the hospital! Season is over! Broken my wrist..#speedway #noplayoffsformyself
  16. Leicester Speedway ‏@SpeedwayLions 31m31 minutes ago @SpeedwayLions fixture v @KLSpeedway due to take place on Friday will now be held on Saturday 15th October at 730 pm. 3 retweets0 likes Reply Retweet 3 Like More
  17. Sad news for the people who supported Plymouth Speedway since their return but it seems they have been swimming against the tide for a year or two now. Hopefully, and it is hopefully, someone out there will step in to take over everything.
  18. Only the PZM have come out with that, to be honest I`d be amazed if it ever gets off the ground, probably unworkable ans possibly illegal.
  19. Think the point he is trying to make is that for Belle Vue to win they are going to need a helping hand from Wolves, engine failures, tape touching etc.

  21. Edinburgh`s season has normally lasted a bit longer than Berwick`s in recent times.
  22. I was there for the SWC meetings earlier this season, you won`t be disappointed, great stadium, great facilities. IMO Belle Vue made a mess of things last night and I can`t see anyway Wolves being as bad at the NSS tomorrow night,
  23. Isn't there a pre-meeting to the AGM coming up very soon, maybe things will be a bit clearer after that, lets not forget that in his interview with Speedway Star earlier this season the new Chairman of the BSPA promised a complete over haul of the rule book. So that`s something to look forward to.
