  1. Director of the Office of the Commission for Combating Doping in Sport confirmed that the Polish speedway we are dealing with another case of the use of illicit means. - I can not give too much information. But I can confirm that we are dealing with another positive chance in Polish slag. Officially we will be able to tell when we will have confidence that the player received from us an information about the test - for SportoweFakty.pl said Michael Rynkowski, director of the Commission for Combating Doping in Sport. Director of the office of the Commission can not yet confirm which of the players was caught on doping and which chemical. But we know that it comes to marijuana, and the player diagnosed with the use of this measure is to Aleksandr Loktaev of SPAR Falubaz Zielona Gora. Sample set was collected after the match against KS Torun, where Łoktajew scored 4 points. Results will be verified, and zielonogórski club will lose the bonus point. Jacek Firefighters from SPAR Falubaz confirms that during the meeting in Torun Zielona Góra players were subjected to tests, and among them was Łoktajew. But there is no knowledge about the test results. Samples were also collected from three players KS Toruń. They were Paul Przedpełski, Grigory Laguta and Chris Holder. This is translated from Sportowefaty, now I know they aren't the most reliable of sources but if this is true then Falubaz may be losing a rider.

  3. So using this logic this would also rule out using the new stadium in Manchester for SWC events. Ok SWC may not be quite as expensive to host as SGP but two meetings in three days as you say given the vagaries of the British summer could put a question mark over hosting the event there. With this thinking no event would ever go near Vojens.
  4. asse bjerre #⃣1⃣5⃣ ‏@LasseBjerre93 6h6 hours agoMiddlesbrough, England Dislocate my hip and now off for operation to try and fix it thanks for all messages Best wishes to Lasse on a speedy recovery.
  5. Maybe the great MC and/or BSPA looked at the posts on here and felt that in the balance of probability that Tungate was guilty and should ban him.
  6. That`s quite right, but those meetings, it appears to be four, would`ve given Tungate four opportunities to get his average up to the required level, and lets face it some of his scores this season haven't exactly been brilliant have they.
  7. This might put a hole in Tungate`s efforts of making a 7pt average for 2016.
  8. Mike Bacon ‏@Mike_Bacon 5m5 minutes agoEngland, United Kingdom Hearing @rohantungate has been banned for 21 days starting tomorrow after incident at @SpeedwayScunny @ipswichspeedway
  9. Back in the day riders did actually rider ten years for one club so thoroughly deserved their testimonials, changed days nowadays in the vast majority of cases.
  10. It says on Kelvin Mullarkey`s Wilipedia page that he didn't miss a single meeting for Rye House for nine seasons, is this true, if it is that is one helluva record.
  11. Don`t think it makes much difference who guests for Masters, Edinburgh will score enough tonight to make the second leg a formality.
  12. Swindon Speedway ‏@SwindonSpeedway 4h4 hours ago SWINDON reserve Lewis Rose has been diagnosed with a fractured scaphoid after further tests on his injured wrist. Rose is likely to be out for up to four weeks.
  13. Scunthorpe Speedway ‏@SpeedwayScunny 17m17 minutes ago So just to confirm as suspected josh has broken his hand again and his season looks to be over get well soon josh #weloveyou Looks like Scunthorpe will be looking for a new rider.
  14. Fair point though I was at Wolverhampton a couple of seasons ago for the British Final at Monmore Green and was there early enough to have a wander in to see the last couple of greyhound races, anyway Wolverhampton already race on a Monday night on a regular bases.
  15. Yes riders in Sweden can ride for two teams, the difference is that one league rides on a Tuesday with the other on a Thursday, so there isn't a situation that you have here where the two sides race on the same night. One solution would be that our EL races on a fixed night each week, probably Monday`s, that wouldn't lead to as many fixture clashes between EL and PL.
  16. But one rule should apply to every club, be it Glasgow, Edinburgh or anyone else, as soon as you introduce at the MC`s discretion you open a whole can of worms. One reason why that particular rule needs scraping. On most threads yes, but I could name at least one where critical opinions are frowned upon.
  17. Your right, but after Saturday night we should be a million miles closer than some to winning the KOC at least.
  18. We already have white line fever at Berwick, apparently, so why not Justin Elkins syndrome.
  19. Aye you have to watch, I had the temerity to put on a welcome to Newcastle Tero post on this thread the other day, which already has caused upset.
  20. Its a strange thing, when Edberg is in a scoring position his bike runs four laps no problem, however when he is either overtaken and ends up at the back, or he`s in fourth place from the start his bike fails to last the four laps. I am sure Edberg will have sorted out his engine gremlins and be ready to score many points against the Rockets.
  21. Yes I see that........ now It was nice to see an old thread back though he said trying to dig himself out of another hole.
  22. Looking at Hall`s posts on other social media it appears he only found out the full extent of his injuries recently. Yes Hall has been experiencing some expensive mechanical issues of late.
  23. Can I drag this thread kicking and screaming back to the meeting, surely the result should be a formality with Berwick six points up already after the first leg.
