  1. How to make an absolute bell helmet of ones self, rest assured that this post will be remembered and re-visited as often as practically possible.
  2. No Kevin Doolan for Berwick in 2020
  3. That`s hardly an accolade to be proud of.
  4. No doubt it will be though it will work both ways as Nicki Pedersen will bring numbers through the gate to cover his wages.
  5. Great rider to watch as a guest but a nightmare to manage full time, anyway Berwick have had Barker before so should've learned from that. As others have said to much baggage
  6. There wont be a bigger signing this winter, well done Sheffield. Nicki is box office where ever he goes so will be good news for the other tracks. Must be a visit to Sheffield me thinks.
  7. Looks like he is getting to much Sun out in Australia, or he has to much time on his hands.
  8. Glasgow announce signing of Connor Bailey.
  9. Berwick narrowly missed out on the play offs last season mainly down to a lack of race winners in tight meetings, especially towards the end of a meeting. How many times did we go on the updates to read Berwick were well in it and in with a shout of getting something only to fall away in the last few heats. IMO a out and out No1 is a must for next season, something similar to what Nick Morris did for us a couple of seasons ago, looking at the signings so far its clear the standard has and will go up.
  10. The Fours qualifiers were always a great crowd puller, certainly in the northern section, and of course they should return.
  11. Yes you are right my mistake, still leaves the Saturday`s clear for Scott`s BT gig.
  12. Signing Scott Nicholls makes all kinds of sense for both rider and club, for the rider its reasonably local to his Brighton home and a Monday track which leaves the SGP Saturday`s empty to he can do his BT job. For the club Nicholls will be a good scorer both home and away, and if he is made captain great for the younger riders like Drew Kemp who I am sure will follow him onto the team sheet.
  13. While we have doubling up and riders are able to get two teams here and make a comfortable living there`s little chance or willing IMO to get out to Poland or Sweden.
  14. Dont see Tero Aarnio racing over here, at least not from the start of the season anyway.
  15. Obviously this cant go on for ever so yes there will be a time limit but the good news as I see it is that there is negotiations taking place, so its not a no yet
  16. Must admit its not a move that I think will prove a good one, recent history tells us that. Maybe the rest of the committee want Rob Godfrey to be the captain that finally sinks the ship.

  20. Sheffield`s move to the Premiership is confirmed with Poole and Kent moving to the Championship.
  21. If the custard creams have gone, we`re in trouble. Furthest they have gone in previous years is hob nobs.
  22. Lets hope that Scunthorpe have more success with Jorgensen that Newcastle did.
  23. Of course he could go and get a job.
  24. So to be clear Kent/Plymouth are going to have to give a pitch that demonstrates a business plan and sustainability to the very people that have got us into this situation in the first place. Oh the irony.
