Ipswich 2015

I think the Manzares one is the interesting one and the one we're all waiting for.

If it really is as Black and White as top 4 in a state championship or an average of 7 or above, then he won't get a visa, simple.

If he does get a Visa, then it's obviously not as Black and White as some on here are suggesting and there's a little more to it that we're not privy to.

Time will tell.

Maybe he is coming back on a 7? And a team change may be needed.

I dont think that is an option. He is either granted a visa or not. If he is he will be on his 6.02. If not he cant get round the rules by taking a higher average.

No. Early on, all the indications were that the problem was caused by a failure to adhere to rules that had been in place for some 10-15 years. Since then, UKVI's decisions seem to back up that theory.

So you dont know for sure albeit you are correctly applying the only criteria currently in the public domain.

Hope for Gino yet then!

Wasn't Manzares given a 3 year visa at the start of 2014 so maybe that helps? *clutching at another straw*

All visas were revoked and every rider has had to, or will have to, reapply for them. This includes all riders who had a multi year work permit too - Troy Batchelor has already confirmed he had a multi year work permit but needs to reapply.

Don't worry we will find out at p & p

does that mean the answers in the post and he will be sent packing.

My point was would having a 3 year visa help Manzares gain a new visa as he still has his 2nd and 3rd year "left"? Where as Poole and Campton were at the end of their "time" and have not met a 7 point ave in any of their years in the UK.....

Tungate had a 3 year visa too but has to reapply,

campton was into the 2nd year of his 2yr visa, but still got bombed out.

it has been said that all visas were torn up regardless of time left on them. start again.

So if they have to start again, the previous ave would have to be over 7, if not top 4 in state championships. When are the state championships in the US?

I think someone needs to have a quick word with Steve Evans to see if he can quickly arrange a California State Championships
