Because what business man would, buster wants well over 100 grand for the club, and for what ,, the brand, shale and air bags, then if MT does buy it he’s then got to fork out probably 750 grand for new land and build something similar to Leicester. It’s a million pound investment which you will never get back

Personally i think Peterborough and all clubs should be looking to follow the Leicester model. Council owned land leased back on a 99 year contract. The sport needs to move away from being tenants to private landlords and/or here today gone tomorrow promoters.

I’m surprised anyone has even suggested that but if there is a Poole rider involved of course there must be a discussion.

I mean Craig Cook isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, there is definitely baggage there and there’s always an element of risk involved in signing him. But speedway is very short term thinking anyway. Ben Cook has done ok so far, but if Peterborough removed him and replaced him with Craig Cook, Peterborough would immediately become a stronger outfit. No ifs buts or maybes, they simply would.

Nobody even knows if Craig Cook wants to do a full season in the Premiership either. He may be happy enough riding for Edinburgh and doing the odd guest booking here and there in the top flight, who knows.

Every single rider in the top 20 of the Polish Ekstraliga and first division.

Nobody wants to accept the Panthers offer. The weakened sterling is also causing problems, riders want to be paid in euros. Panthers unwilling to budge on this as their revenue is in pounds.

Not according to LP30 he doesn't. I think that's the battle ground, if he is interested in buying a speedway club, which I'm not convinced that he is (didn't Frost say that it seemed like a good idea at the time, based on a bit of sponsorship and a visit? And that was in the good times of Skysports Elite League) along with whatever agreement the club's owner made with AEPG when we got a full 2023 when initially the doors were going to close mid season?

Australian riders in their early years in UK usually have more success if they have another Aussie in the same team.

For Peterborough's sake Mr Chapman needs to bury the hatchet with Chris Holder, and with Craig Cook and get them into the team before it's too late.

If he can't do that, maybe he should step aside and let other people take over?

If I was desperate for a HL then I'd just pay the money purely due to the fact that I wouldn't have a plan B HL on the table.

This type of approach bankrupts businesses (not just speedway either)

Belle Vue and Sheffield are head and shoulders above everyone in this league when lining up with a full 1-7 imo.

On this point, I toatally agree and reckon that the play-off final might just as well be run next week...... no need to drag the inevitable out over a season!

Anyway, I don't know why you guys are worrying............. your team can score as many points on the road as KL can score on their own track

So it's looking like Ippo 3rd, Lions 4th and Wolves 5th :t:

If MT is a savvy businessman he will know that - but he needs to keep fans informed

he tried that previously on the team front and got properly burnt.

if MT becomes the owner then i'm sure you'll hear his plans

Need 2 Guests next week at Wolves, if the Pedersen situation isn't sorted. Iversen is in Hungary for the SEC Qualifier

BV, IPS, KL and Leicester all ride next Monday too.

Only guests available are Sheffield ones.

Musielak injured, J. Holder won't do it, Unlikely Bellego would do it either considering he's not suited to technical tracks.

Ellis and Howarth at 1 & 5 if we're lucky.
